Public Schools: First the Indoctrination Centers Revise History, and Now They Want to Eliminate It

By Douglas V. Gibbs

In North Carolina the education system has decided that the first hundred years of American History is no longer important, and environmentalism is. The Founding Fathers and early lessons of America are being pushed aside, to be replaced by mythically based environmentalist radical agendas like the ridiculous man-made global warming hysteria.

The proposed changes in North Carolina schools specifically will eliminate all American History prior to 1877. Instead, a course called "Global Studies" that focuses on issues, like the environment, will be taught. 11th Grade U.S. History classes will start with 1877.

At this time, however, the proposal is still a proposal, and may not be implemented if enough voices speak out against it.
