Health Care Vote, Israel and Iran Confrontation, Britain Drilling for Oil off the Falkland Islands:John C. Wohlstetter Joins Political Pistachio Radio

Obama, and the Democrat's, Health Care Fraud - Policy ace William Tucker has identified the biggest fraud in the health care debate (save perhaps for the fictive financial figures) that private health insurance is to blame for the mess of American Health Care today. Fact is, only 6% of Americans buy their insurance directly from private insurance firms. Bottom line: Health Care statistics and terms are a minefield. Tonight, as the Congress debates, and votes on, the Health Care legislation, John C. Wohlstetter joins Political Pistachio to discuss this topic, and more.

After the Health Care discussion, we will also discuss how Iran is tempting Israel by trying to place 4,300 pounds of low-enriched uranium (LEU) in a single site, ostensibly to enrich for medical purposes. Bottom line: Iran reported 2,600 kilos (5,720 pounds) of enriched uranium last fall. If 75 percent of its total uranium low-enriched stash is in one place, Israel should strike - NOW, before the prospect that there is more uranium the world does not know about. But if Israel acts, will they be doing so alone, without the support of the American Government, as suggested by the Obama Administration's recent decision to turn their back on Israel?

Falkland Islands, while Britain drills for oil off of the coast of her islands near Argentina, the South American nation of Argentina cannot get foreign firms to drill near its coastline, due to the kleptocratic mess its would-be Evita, Christina Kirchner, has made of the country. This is indeed a slap in Britain's face who rallied behind Obama at the expense of support for John McCain, and arch-Atlanticist. Now the Brits are learning anew the wisdom of the old Chinese admonition: "Be careful what you wish for. . ."
