Nick Popaditch Earns Huckabee's Endorsement

NICK POPADITCH EARNS ENDORSEMENT FROM GOV. MIKE HUCKABEE AND HUCK PAC.

Chula Vista, CA. May 18, 2010---Today, Nick Popaditch, a candidate for the United States Congress in the 51st district of California, is announcing that he has earned the endorsement of former Presidential candidate and FOX News host, Mike Huckabee. Following the 2008 elections, Governor Huckabee founded his political action committee, Huck PAC on the “principles that make America great: Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.” The Huck PAC mission is to seek out and endorse principled conservative candidates nationwide. As part of their mission, “Huck PAC is committed to helping Republicans regain control of the House and Senate, regain a majority of governorships and support conservative principles around the country.”

When informed of the endorsement by Governor Huckabee and Huck PAC, Nick Popaditch responded with the following statement:
"I am honored to have earned the endorsement of Governor Mike Huckabee and Huck PAC. I admire the Governor's consistent display of moral courage and his ability to inspire others to follow his principled leadership. I will strive to uphold our mutual belief in smaller government, individual liberties, secure borders, protection of the unborn and traditional marriage."

About Nick Popaditch: Nick “Gunny Pop” Popaditch is a retired U.S. Marine campaigning for Congress in the 51st district in California running against incumbent Bob Filner (D). Popaditch was medically retired from the Marines in 2005 at the rank of Gunnery Sergeant from wounds sustained in combat in the battle of Fallujah. Popaditch was awarded the Silver Star for gallantry for his actions on April 6 and 7, 2004, while commanding a tank in Fallujah, Iraq and was also awarded the Purple Heart.
