Gitmo Bay Detainee Ahmed Ghailani Acquitted on Counts of Murder

By Douglas V. Gibbs

Tried in a civilian court, a jury found Ahmed Ghailani guilty of conspiracy to destroy U.S. buildings and property regarding his role in the 1998 U.S. embassy bombings in Kenya and Tanzania. Not only is the decision evidence that trying these murderers in civilian court is a mistake, but that Muslims are playing us for fools.

The verdict is incredible when you break down what the jury found. They acquitted him on all of the murder charges while finding him guilty of conspiracy to destroy the buildings. Do they think he expected the buildings to be empty?

Obama said these people would be brought to justice, but instead, Islam is laughing at him.
