It is in man's nature to seek to believe in something larger than themselves. God placed this desire in us so that we may seek Him out. Deep within each of us is a tortured, sin-drenched spirit that longs for communion with God. However, due to our sinful nature our spirits are dead, incapable of a relationship with our loving God without the blanket of Jesus Christ's blood sacrifice.
Most liberals are non-believers, therefore the search for God is unquenched. In their longing for God, they misinterpret that desire and wind up believing in just about anything. In their case they fall for the false idol of government, and idiotic myths like the hoax that is man-made global warming.
Must really be sad being such a mindless sheep.
