Second Hydrogen Explosion at Japan Nuclear Power Plant

Nuclear officials in Japan have reported that a hydrogen explosion has occurred at the stricken Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear power plant.

Smoke was seen rising from reactor number 3, but the explosion has been captured in the reactor vessel.
