Allen West vs. Secretary Gates: What Bumped Libya Up?

Representative West asks some valid questions, such as whether Libya was becoming a problem to the nations around them? Or us? Notice how Gates stutters around.

Representative Randy Forges, during the same committee, also got Gates to admit that attacking Libya was an act of war (instead of a Kinetic Military Action):

Forbes then goes over the Rule of Law, exposing the hypocrisy and the danger of the Left's military action in Libya.

Thanks for posting these videos Mr. Gibbs. I noticed that one of the next videos in the queue is "Obama's Covert Order to Provide Militart Support In Libya".
I'm shocked and appalled that Mr. Obama would sign such an order when there are reports that some of the rebels are Al Queda members(by their own admission) and that many others fought against our troops in Iraq

How does this not constitute treason? Especially when AlQueda members working with the rebels have been pillaging arms storage buildings throughout Libya to use for their own purposes? Puposes like fighting Americans in Afghanistan and elsewhere.

What am I missing here?

And another link for you.http://www.reuters.com/article/2011/03/30/us-libya-usa-order-idUSTRE72T6H220110330
Providing arms and /or training for these rebels should be met with charges of treason for Mr. Obama, since, clearly, according to the article, this cannot go ahead without his personal permission.
