The Death Throes of Man-Made Global Warming Continue

By Douglas V. Gibbs

Does Global Warming exist? On a natural scale, sure. Historically we have experienced a number of rises and drops in the Earth's temperature. Ice Ages are an example of drastic drops in temperature. At one time in history, Greenland was green, showing that the Earth has indeed warmed to a greater extent than it is today. For humanity to assume that it is our own workings that causes these fluctuations, however, is quite arrogant for our species.

Science based on hypotheses that are not based on real data runs amok, and is the stooge for political elitists that would like to use global warming theories to push their tyrannical policies and goals. The alarmism propaganda, however, contradicts real-world data, which means that controlling greenhouse gas emissions is not an attempt to "save the planet," but more likely a ruse to "control the people."

A new peer-reviewed report by a former EPA whistleblower has come to similar conclusions.

Dr. Alan Carlin, now retired, worked at the EPA and has released a report that shows scientific data contradicting the hypotheses being used to fuel the global warming hysteria. His supervisor, once made aware of this report by Carlin, advised Dr. Carlin to keep quiet about the report and to stop working on global warming issues. The attempt to muffle Dr. Carlin has been exposed, leading to highly-publicized embarrassment for the agency, and adds to the growing feeling by the public that we are being lied to.

The study is A Multidisciplinary, Science-Based Approach to the Economics of Climate Change, and is published in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health. The findings include a realization that fossil fuel use has little impact on atmospheric CO2 levels, and that atmospheric CO2 actually does not have a strong positive feedback effect on temperature. The findings regarding the impact of CO2 on temperature ranges from low atmospheric sensitivity to volcanic eruptions, to the lack of ocean heating and the absence of a predicted tropical “hot spot.”

In other words, greenhouse gas emission controls have little affect on worldwide temperatures, making any benefits from such costly and economically devastating rules and controls negligible.

I've been saying since Climategate broke that scientists would be backing toward the exits to save their reputations.
