About Paul Revere, Vice Presidents, and Everything Else - Palin was Right

By Douglas V. Gibbs

The hatred by the liberal left of Sarah Palin is mind-boggling. They, thanks to a rabid biased media, believe that Palin is a blooming idiot... and they are wrong. In fact, in almost every single case, their accusations are proven to be wrong - yet, people still believe the lies.

Palin was never a book burner, she never said she could see Russia from her house, and she was right when she told a bunch of kids that the Vice President is the President of the Senate (and in fact early on in the history of the United States, Vice Presidents resided over the Senate with gavel in hand, debating heavily, and serving as the voice of the executive branch in a Senate populated by appointed representatives of the States).

The latest attempt at a "gotcha" moment is the accusation that Palin doesn't know her history, and got it wrong when she said Paul Revere warned the British.

Immediately, what comes to mind is the short of the story, where Revere rode to warn the Americans that "The British are coming, the British are coming!" The "oneth by land, and twoeth by sea" also comes to mind. But, there is more to the story than that, and it turns out that Palin knows the full story, and the accusatory leftists are wrong. . . again.

Revere also warned the British, letting them know that the Americans were ready, and that the British attack would be no surprise.

The liberal left hates Sarah Palin, and they won't stop here. It is their goal to destroy her. Yet, none of them can explain to you why they hate her so much.

I think it is because she is lovely, intelligent, successful, a woman, and not a feminist - but that's just me.

They are so afraid that a REAL woman could beat their machine by being real.

Sarah Loves America, and it shows.
