Eric Foster Leg Injury Leads Players to Prayer

By Douglas V. Gibbs

I walked in from work just in time to see Eric Foster, #68 of Indianapolis, go down with a gruesome leg injury during the football game on tonight. As he went down, one of his feet flopped freely due to the break in the ankle.

The late hours, another 14 hour day, looks like we might be on target for yet a third 70+ hour week - we usually only work about 60 hours a week. Anyway, as Foster lay on the ground in pain, the camera panned across the field and a number of players, including players on the opposing Tampa Bay team, were knelt in prayer. It was nice to see such good-sportsman-like attitudes among the players of even the opposing team.
