Pelosi Defends Obamacare Waivers

Pelosi Defends Obamacare Waivers To 1,800 Firms: "They're Small Companies"

"They're small. I couldn't speak to all 1,800 of them, but some of the lists that I have seen have been very, very small companies. They will not have a big impact on the economy of our country," Nancy Pelosi said in an interview with CNBC.

McDonalds, one of the nation's largest employers in recent years, has received a waiver. . .

If Obamacare was so great, why would they need to issue waivers? If Obamacare is the law, since when can the federal government grant the okay for some businesses to ignore the law, while others are required to follow the law?

Obama policy of mercantilism strikes again.

Douglas, your site is filled with Constitutional wisdom. I can't thank you enough for taking the time in thouroughly explaining the Constitution to the readers. I must have been in a fog in my early years, because it's so obvious now how the govt. manipulates the laws. N. Bryant
