James Madison Quote: Ambitious encroachments of the federal government

"But ambitious encroachments of the federal government, on the authority of the State governments, would not excite the opposition of a single State, or of a few States only. They would be signals of general alarm. ... But what degree of madness could ever drive the federal government to such an extremity." --James Madison, Federalist No. 46, 1788

Barney Frank Quits, Or Should I Say Runs Like The Scared Little. . . that he is

By Douglas V. Gibbs

Democrats are a strange species. They work to implement their madness, yet the moment the opposition gains ground and stops their insanity, they run for the hills.

Charles Gonzalez, a Texas Democrat and the head of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, said he will not seek an eighth term in the House of Representatives, blaming congressional gridlock for his decision.

"My fear is that a lot of members got elected the last cycle with an anti-government message," he said. "If you don't believe in the institution you are a part of, it's over before you get there."

In other words, the Tea Party members of Congress that believe in the Constitutional principle of a limited government are, in his opinion, anti-government.

Now, Barney Frank has also decided he will fly the coop.

Barney Frank has announced he is not going to seek reelection. Redistricting has encouraged Frank's decision. He knows that now he probably won't be able to win. And he's frustrated that those conservative republicans have been on the rise, and gained control of the House.

With the rise of conservatism, it makes it harder for Frank to hide his corruption and unethical politics. By quitting, he will be able to run from his involvement in the economic collapse via the subprime mortgage fiasco.

Running a prostitution ring in his house wasn't enough to make him fly the coop. Losing an election, and being exposed for his political garbage, is enough, apparently, to make him decide he suddenly needs to retire.

When the can't stand the heat, if you're a democrat, you run from the kitchen as fast as you can.

By quitting, that will leave Barney Frank's seat wide open. He gave a lot of reasons for stepping down, including that he's convinced that conservative Republicans are not gonna raise taxes on the richest folks. That, and that he says he can't walk away from the fishing industry in Massachusetts. The fishing industry would not be in the new district.

So, he's done campaigning, he has avoided the likelihood of losing, and he will walk away without ever being exposed for the unscrupelous political dealings he participated in.

Frank said, "A very conservative Republican majority took over the House. At that point, it seemed to me that some of the things I had fought hardest for could be in jeopardy. Financial reform, which I anticipated the conservative Republicans who are running the House would try to undermine, and additionally, I was afraid that given the need to do deficit reduction, this very conservative majority would seek to block any increase in taxation on the wealthiest people."

So he's quitting because the opposition to his hard left political position has gained a majority in the House. He's quitting because he can't take handle the battle. He's quitting because they are stopping him from being a part of screwing America with high taxes, and punitive regulations.

Is that all it takes to get rid of these dirt bags? It's like dealing with bullies. Get in their face with the truth, and the liars flee like cockroaches after a light has been flicked on.

Constitutional Speaker on KCAA Sat, Nov 26, 2011

On Saturday on Constitution Speaker Radio Travis Morgan, the author of Catch Me If You Know How, joined me. The book teaches computer forensics to all - which by the way makes this book a great Christmas Gift!

After the interview, during the 5 Big Stories of the Week, I answered a question about the constitutionality of profiling.

Then we embarked on the 5 Big Stories of the Week

---------------------------------------

Nuts and Nuggets - Once again, Newt Gingrich gets both the Nut and Nugget in the same sitting. . .

Nugget: In the Heritage Foundation Republican Debate last week Newt Gingrich connected when he argued that if the US were serious about the Middle East, we’d be busily opening up new oil fields and collapsing the price of oil.

Nut: We had another debate last week. Newt, out of the blue, announced his new immigration policy. Newt's position on illegal aliens was a little odd.

Newt said was that somebody that's been here 20, 25 years, not a citizen, they're illegal for 20, 25 years, they've had kids, family here, they're rooted, they're involved, they're participating here in the American system, and just to uproot them is wrong.

I get what he’s saying. But how exactly would his idea work? Are they still to be kicked out if they’ve been here one day less than his recommendation? Do they have to be able to speak English? How do we determine they have assimilated into American culture?

Has he even thought about this beyond what his heart says?

I am all for immigration, and such examples as the family here for 25 years does pose a challenge. But instead of focusing on who to deport, and who not to deport, how about we just secure the border, use E-Verify to make sure employers don’t hire illegals, and then let those that feel they need to deport themselves?

I understand what Newt's saying. I understand the thinking that went into his statement. I'm not criticizing the basic idea, but that he threw it out there without any explanation, without any parameters, basically creating a Rick Perry situation where anybody and everybody seems to have a reason to start shooting at him for it. He put it out there, and he's done it in a debate, and he will receive a lot of criticism for it from both the media, and those that are trying to get the federal government to abide by their own laws.

Note, though, that Newt did not say anything about giving them citizenship. Newt knows that if you grant amnesty, amnesty is citizenship, and Newt insists this is not amnesty because he’s not talking about making them citizens. And if they're not citizens, they can't vote.

Newt's trying to go down the humane road. Newt's saying, "I have a heart. We care about these people." But the liberals take that to mean that those against illegal immigration have no hearts.

Seems fine, doing what Newt wants, without giving them citizenship. But how long before they do become citizens? How long before concessions are made for them? I can see giving these people the right to work here, without making them legal residents. But the process of being here must start over there, where they came from, the legal way. Apply, and join our society if you can get through the process. I don't agree that we should make 11 million workers who are already here illegally legal.

Newt’s idea would simply open the door for amnesty.

Oxnard Gay Student Larry King Shot Court Case - Everything Is Not What It Seems

By Douglas V. Gibbs

The teenager that fatally shot a gay classmate in the head at an Oxnard middle school, after a plea deal, will spend the next 21 years in prison. Brandon McInerney, who pulled the gun from his backpack and shot Larry King at point blank range, was fourteen at the time of the incident. Brandon avoided a life sentence when he pleaded guilty to second-degree and voluntary manslaughter, and prosecutors, in return, agreed not to go forward with a second trial.

The family blames school officials for what happened.

The victim's mother, Dawn King, revealed that she had contacted school officials four days before the shooting in an effort to solicit their cooperation in toning down her son's out of control behavior. Problems in the home a couple months earlier drew the authorities into the situation, and Dawn was told she had no right to challenge her son's behavior, and that he had a civil right to explore his sexual identity.

His behavior was not simply sexual preference confusion. The kid was dressing up for school as a woman. He was wearing dresses, and he was going out of his way to bother the other boys with his behavior. Larry King's mother called the school very worried about her son's behavior. She asked the school to keep an eye out for him because she was worried his antics may cause something unfortunate to happen to him.

Remember, this is middle school. Early teens. And this boy, showing up in women's clothing, was trying to sexually proposition other boys.

After Dawn King told school officials about this, school officials told her that there was nothing they could do, and that her son had "a civil right to explore his sexual identity." In other words, it didn't matter what she thought, it didn't matter if she was worried, and it didn't matter that as a parent she felt some disagreement with what he was doing. As far as the school was concerned, she had no right to be concerned about, nor stop, him from going to school dressed as a girl.

Larry King was told he had a right to come to school dressed in female attire. He had a right to explore whether or not he was a woman in a boy's body.

Did they not think that him parading around like a shining spectacle of gayness around a bunch of other boys in the middle of their own hormonal upheavals would cause a problem?

The boy's mother did. She said, "I knew, gut instinct, that something serious was going to happen. They should have contained him, contained his behavior," meaning school officials. "Prosecutors said the first trial showed that the case was too emotional to take to trial a second time. 'The first jury was unable to keep their emotions out of it,' Ventura County Chief Deputy Dist. Atty. Mike Frawley said. 'This really tugged powerfully at people's hearts.' During the first trial, prosecutors portrayed McInerney as a budding white supremacist who hated homosexuals and was enraged by King's sexuality and aggressive flirtations," while wearing dresses.

This behavior by Larry King was the kind of behavior the Dawn King asked the school officials to keep an eye on and then try to constrain. She had lost control of her son, and was asking for help. So she said, "Look, I'm really worried something is going to happen here. We're dealing with kids, and would you please keep a sharp eye?" and the school said, "Sorry, your son has a civil right to explore his sexual identity. If he wants to come to school wearing dresses and proposition boy students, there's nothing we can do."

Okay, so we have a young teenager either confused about his sexuality (hmmmm, I wonder how that happened?), or starving for attention. Either way, he's wearing dresses to school, and is coming on to the other boys. He even wore makeup. She was worried about her son, and the school officials said, "There's nothing we can do. He has a civil right to explore his sexuality. There's nothing we can do."

I wonder if the mother had called the school and told them that her child was a member of a Tea Party and she was concerned, what the schools would have done? Would they have said, "Hey, there's nothing we can do. If the kid wants to learn about conservative politics, and hang out with people that love the Constitution, there's nothing we can do to stop it."

Yeah, right.

So Larry King pushed and pranced and came on to the boys, and finally one of them couldn't take it anymore, and shot Larry King at point-blank range in the back of the head.

An article in Newsweek alleged that the assistant principal, whose name was Joy Epstein, was, "Encouraging Larry King's flamboyance to help further an agenda."

He was encouraged to act like a fairy around the other boys by the school? Is that possible? Would they do this kind of thing to push their perverted agenda?

Dawn King contacted the school and the school says, "We can't do anything to stop your boy from wearing dresses and makeup and exploring his sexuality. That is his civil right."

The school encouraged Larry King to wear makeup and feminine clothing, and that led to his death. The parents and brother of the victim filed the claim against the school back in 2008 for them encouraging the boy's behavior. Dawn Boldrin, an English teacher, said that she had counseled the kid, Larry King, and told him he shouldn't wear all this attention-getting clothing if he didn't want to receive negative attention. She gave the teenager, who was exploring his sexual and gender identity, a strapless green chiffon gown, too. After telling him that he shouldn't be wearing attention-getting clothing, she gave him a green strapless chiffon gown.

The boy that pulled the trigger was wrong. I get that. He is a murderer. But we have parents worried about their kid's safety because he's acting out, and the school tells the parent they are full of it. Don't worry, we got it, we'll just shove our agenda into him, and make sure he winds up dead.

The schools are supposed to be a place of education, not social experimentation and a way to further any agenda. But this is what is happening in our public schools. Behind those walls there are agendas that are being promoted, and there is nothing we can do about it, as far as they are concerned. And now a teen is dead because the school said, "There's nothing we can do. There's nothing that we can do about this. And instead we'll encourage the behavior because our agenda is more important than the poor boy's life."

Enraged in Pakstan - Obama Effigy Burned

By Douglas V. Gibbs

After a NATO air strike that killed 24 soldiers, hundreds of enraged Pakistanis took to the streets across the country, burning an effigy of President Barack Obama and setting fire to US flags.

Militant Islamist groups (the article says right-wing - but there is nothing right-wing about an ideology that pushes governmental control through the mask of a violent religion) organized the rallies.

The participants shouted, "down with America, stay away Americans, Pakistan is ours, we stand shoulder-to-shoulder with our army", while Pakistani riot police were deployed near the consulate.

Many carried placards and banners.

A member of the opposition, lawmaker Javed Hashmi, demanded that the government end its alliance in the US-led "war on terror".

In response to the NATO strike, Pakistan's leadership has sealed its Afghan border to NATO supply convoys and is reviewing its alliance with the United States and NATO.

Federal Government Wants To Inject Your Children With Anthrax

By Douglas V. Gibbs

First, it was the Obama Administration striking a sweetheart deal for a small pox vaccine (small pox, by the way, is a disease that has been eradicated), and of course giving all of the taxpayer money for this new not-needed vaccine to a huge democrat party donor.

Now, an Anthrax vaccine for children has been thrown into the barrel of Obama mercantilism scandals. Preference politics has never been so nuts.

Wasn't this the guy that promised to be transparent and different?

The federal government has decided that they need to start injecting children with anthrax. They say it is to protect the children. . . by injecting children with an anthrax vaccine, even though they may never face the threat of being exposed to anthrax, and doing so with a vaccine that has been shown to cause severe reactions such as heart problems and diabetes.

This unprecedented scientific experiment, and absolutely unconstitutional move by the federal government (where in the hell in the Constitution does it give the federal government that kind of authority? It doesn't!), according to bioethicists, will unnecessarily endanger the youngsters’ lives and health.

Since 1998, more than a million people have been vaccinated with this questionable anthrax vaccine, mostly servicemen stationed overseas. The vaccinations were temporarily halted by court order, but continue anyway.

Those that have received this vaccination in the past have experienced severe reactions such as migraines, heart problems, and the onset of diseases including diabetes and multiple sclerosis.

Worse, yet, is that this vaccine has never been tested on juveniles, yet they plan to start inoculating kids despite not knowing how these kids may react. They have failed to take into account that a child’s immune system is still developing, and may react in a worse way than did the adults. Scientists aren't even sure of the proper dosage to administer to children.

Bioethicist Art Caplan of the University of Pennsylvania said he is opposed to testing. “We may get, sadly, to that point some day,” he said, “but I don’t think we’re there yet.” Dr. Joel Frader of Northwestern University agreed, “It would be difficult to justify testing it on kids simply on the hypothetical possibility that there might be an attack.” Dr. Meryl Nass was more outspoken. “With this, you’re putting children at risk for no clear scientific or medical benefit,” she said.

Obama, and his liberal gang of idiots, don't care. They plan to move forward anyway.

And like every other big government dictatorial move of tyranny by the federal government, they claim they are trying to protect the children.

By possibly killing them?

Ah, but here's the whole crux of it all. There seems to be financial ties between the Democratic Party and the creator of one anthrax vaccine.

The only currently approved vaccine, BioThrax, was developed by Emergent BioSolutions. However, the Obama administration’s Department of Health and Human Services steered at least $150 million in federal grants to the well-connected firm of PharmAthene, Inc. of Annapolis, Maryland, to develop a new anthrax vaccine called SparVax. PharmAthene donated $1,200 to Barack Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign and $10,000 to other Democrats or the party itself from 2004-10. Its founder, Joel W. McCleary, is a former aide to Jimmy Carter and Democratic Party treasurer who donated $2,300 to Barack Obama in 2007. McCleary and his fellow executives in another of his ventures — Four Seasons Ventures, LLC — have proven most generous, donating at least $110,000 to Democratic Party candidates or organizations during the same time period. The government has prudently spent $1.1 billion stockpiling the vaccine.

HHS has since canceled a contract in which PharmAthene had to bid against Emergent Biosolutions (whose political donations span the political spectrum). The Associated Press reported this summer that PharmAthene “would be able to make 150 million doses of SparVax in a year, if necessary.”

What better reason for creating millions of doses, at federal expense, than the hope of future testing or widespread mandatory vaccination to “protect against terrorism”?

Crony capitalism at its worst. Solyndra again, and again, and again.

These mercantilists don't care about your health, or protecting your children. This is all about money, power, and control - and their addiction to money, power, and control even has them willing to put your children at risk.

In the end, what they want, is to tell you that you have to do what they say, even if it can kill you, and they are even willing to make your innocent children pay the price.

This is why the Founding Fathers limited the federal government's powers. This is why they were not given the constitutional authority to do anything beyond protecting, preserving, and promoting the union.

Past tyrants have nothing on these people. The vile and vicious policies of the liberal democrats surpass even the worst regimes in history. Their immoral madness seems to know no bounds.

Global Warming - Natural Cycle

By Douglas V. Gibbs

The concept of man-made global warming is a hoax. The planet has historically gone through cycles of warming and cooling that are much more drastic than the cycle we are currently experiencing. Greenland was once green, and the Vikings during that warming period actually had farming settlements on that large block of land to the north. The sun, volcanoes, surface temperature patterns, and various other factors contribute.

Below is a chart designed to show the natural cycles of warming and cooling:

The chart shows the Global Temperature Trends From 2500 B.C. To 2040 A.D.

Humanity's activities of producing "green house gases" has a minimal effect on global temperatures. Ice core samples have proven, anyhow, that increases in carbon dioxide occur after temperatures increase - showing that increased carbon in the atmosphere does not cause global warming. . . global warming causes an increase in carbon.

If anything, we are overdue for an ice age, as the natural cycles dictate. We are also much cooler than many periods in the past. The hysteria, therefore, regarding global warming, is not based on science fact as we have been told, but on political influence designed to control energy (hence, why I equate the EPA as a means of controlling energy use by Americans, in addition to the Energy Department) and ultimately create a centralized system of worldwide statism.

Climate Change, even if natural, can produce harsh conditions. We saw such changes when our planet moved from the Medieval Warm Period between 900 and 1300 A.D. to the sudden ‘Little Ice Age,’ which peaked in the 17th Century.

Humanity survived. Like the planet, we are not fragile. Like Earth, we were designed by God to endure hardship, and move forward and survive.

Global temperature chart was complied by Climatologist Cliff Harris that combined the following resources:
"Climate and the Affairs of Men" by Dr. Iben Browing.

Hedge Broker Ann Barnhardt Shuts Down Firm, Blames Obama in Blistering Letter

By Douglas V. Gibbs

For those of you that listen to my good friend Andrea Shea King on her Internet radio program, the tale of Ann Barnhardt is not new. Even Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh have picked up on the story. Barnhardt's letter about Obama, however, is even more amazing than the fact that she shut down her firm. It spells out the madness she sees being perpetuated by the liberal democrats in charge, and how their policies has made it so that she feels it was immoral for her to continue as a hedge broker.

A self-described old-school commercial hedge broker who specializes in CATTLE and GRAIN, Ann Barnhardt was passionate about her business. When she shut down her business, the letter on her website was even more passionate, and chilling.

"I could no longer tell my clients that their monies and positions were safe in the futures and options markets – because they are not," she wrote.

"Everything changed just a few short weeks ago. A firm, led by a crony of the Obama regime, stole all of the non-margined cash held by customers of his firm. Let’s not sugar-coat this or make this crime seem 'complex' and 'abstract' by drowning ourselves in six-dollar words and uber-technical jargon. Jon Corzine STOLE the customer cash at MF Global. Knowing Jon Corzine, and knowing the abject lawlessness and contempt for humanity of the Marxist Obama regime and its cronies, this is not really a surprise. What was a surprise was the reaction of the exchanges and regulators. Their reaction has been to take a bad situation and make it orders of magnitude worse. Specifically, they froze customers out of their accounts WHILE THE MARKETS CONTINUED TO TRADE, refusing to even allow them to liquidate. This is unfathomable. The risk exposure precedent that has been set is completely intolerable and has destroyed the entire industry paradigm. No informed person can continue to engage these markets, and no moral person can continue to broker or facilitate customer engagement in what is now a massive game of Russian Roulette."

She's right. Corzine, a typical liberal politician, and Obama crony, pulled a slick one on his MF Financial, and walked away with $600 million. Now, the firm is bankrupt and over a thousand people are without jobs. Madoff, eat your heart out.

Here's the entire letter from Zero Hedge:

BCM Has Ceased Operations (source)
Posted by Ann Barnhardt – November 17, AD 2011 10:27 AM MST

Dear Clients, Industry Colleagues and Friends of Barnhardt Capital Management,

It is with regret and unflinching moral certainty that I announce that Barnhardt Capital Management has ceased operations. After six years of operating as an independent introducing brokerage, and eight years of employment as a broker before that, I found myself, this morning, for the first time since I was 20 years old, watching the futures and options markets open not as a participant, but as a mere spectator.

The reason for my decision to pull the plug was excruciatingly simple: I could no longer tell my clients that their monies and positions were safe in the futures and options markets – because they are not. And this goes not just for my clients, but for every futures and options account in the United States. The entire system has been utterly destroyed by the MF Global collapse. Given this sad reality, I could not in good conscience take one more step as a commodity broker, soliciting trades that I knew were unsafe or holding funds that I knew to be in jeopardy.

The futures markets are very highly-leveraged and thus require an exceptionally firm base upon which to function. That base was the sacrosanct segregation of customer funds from clearing firm capital, with additional emergency financial backing provided by the exchanges themselves. Up until a few weeks ago, that base existed, and had worked flawlessly. Firms came and went, with some imploding in spectacular fashion. Whenever a firm failure happened, the customer funds were intact and the exchanges would step in to backstop everything and keep customers 100% liquid – even as their clearing firm collapsed and was quickly replaced by another firm within the system.

Everything changed just a few short weeks ago. A firm, led by a crony of the Obama regime, stole all of the non-margined cash held by customers of his firm. Let’s not sugar-coat this or make this crime seem “complex” and “abstract” by drowning ourselves in six-dollar words and uber-technical jargon. No informed person can continue to engage these markets, and no moral person can continue to broker or facilitate customer engagement in what is now a massive game of Russian Roulette.

I have learned over the last week that MF Global is almost certainly the mere tip of the iceberg. There is massive industry-wide exposure to European sovereign junk debt. While other firms may not be as heavily leveraged as Corzine had MFG leveraged, and it is now thought that MFG’s leverage may have been in excess of 100:1, they are still suicidally leveraged and will likely stand massive, unmeetable collateral calls in the coming days and weeks as Europe inevitably collapses. I now suspect that the reason the Chicago Mercantile Exchange did not immediately step in to backstop the MFG implosion was because they knew and know that if they backstopped MFG, they would then be expected to backstop all of the other firms in the system when the failures began to cascade – and there simply isn’t that much money in the entire system. In short, the problem is a SYSTEMIC problem, not merely isolated to one firm.

Perhaps the most ominous dynamic that I have yet heard of in regards to this mess is that of the risk of potential CLAWBACK actions. For those who do not know, “clawback” is the process by which a bankruptcy trustee is legally permitted to re-seize assets that left a bankrupt entity in the time period immediately preceding the entity’s collapse. So, using the MF Global customers as an example, any funds that were withdrawn from MFG accounts in the run-up to the collapse, either because of suspicions the customer may have had about MFG from, say, watching the company’s bond yields rise sharply, or from purely organic day-to-day withdrawls, the bankruptcy trustee COULD initiate action to “clawback” those funds. As a hedge broker, this makes my blood run cold. Generally, as the markets move in favor of a hedge position and equity builds in a client’s account, that excess equity is sent back to the customer who then uses that equity to offset cash market transactions OR to pay down a revolving line of credit. Even the possibility that a customer could be penalized and additionally raped AGAIN via a clawback action after already having their customer funds stolen is simply villainous. While there has been no open indication of clawback actions being initiated by the MF Global trustee, I have been told that it is a possibility.

And so, to the very unpleasant crux of the matter. The futures and options markets are no longer viable. It is my recommendation that ALL customers withdraw from all of the markets as soon as possible so that they have the best chance of protecting themselves and their equity. The system is no longer functioning with integrity and is suicidally risk-laden. The rule of law is non-existent, instead replaced with godless, criminal political cronyism.

Remember, derivatives contracts are NOT NECESSARY in the commodities markets. The cash commodity itself is the underlying reality and is not dependent on the futures or options markets. Many people seem to have gotten that backwards over the past decades. From Abel the animal husbandman up until the year 1964, there were no cattle futures contracts at all, and no options contracts until 1984, and yet the cash cattle markets got along just fine.

Finally, I will not, under any circumstance, consider reforming and re-opening Barnhardt Capital Management, or any other iteration of a brokerage business, until Barack Obama has been removed from office AND the government of the United States has been sufficiently reformed and repopulated so as to engender my total and complete confidence in the government, its adherence to and enforcement of the rule of law, and in its competent and just regulatory oversight of any commodities markets that may reform. So long as the government remains criminal, it would serve no purpose whatsoever to attempt to rebuild the futures industry or my firm, because in a lawless environment, the same thievery and fraud would simply happen again, and the criminals would go unpunished, sheltered by the criminal oligarchy.

To my clients, who literally TO THE MAN agreed with my assessment of the situation, and were relieved to be exiting the markets, and many whom I now suspect stayed in the markets as long as they did only out of personal loyalty to me, I can only say thank you for the honor and pleasure of serving you over these last years, with some of my clients having been with me for over twelve years. I will continue to blog at Barnhardt.biz, which will be subtly re-skinned soon, and will continue my cattle marketing consultation business. I will still be here in the office, answering my phones, with the same phone numbers. Alas, my retirement came a few years earlier than I had anticipated, but there was no possible way to continue given the inevitability of the collapse of the global financial markets, the overthrow of our government, and the resulting collapse in the rule of law.

As for me, I can only echo the words of David:

“This is the Lord’s doing; and it is wonderful in our eyes.”

With Best Regards-
Ann Barnhardt

Barnhardt has a history of being quite outspoken. She regularly posts videos to a YouTube channel and has a history of making controversial statements about Islam. She’s also come under fire for her thoughts on the bin Laden raid.

Despite some of her baggage, though, she is grabbing headlines. Besides catching the attention of Zero Hedge and Limbaugh, her story was also featured in an article on Bloomberg Business Week’s website today.

Here's her video clip where she dares to criticize Islam, in very candid terms (she's not happy about the pro-Islamic propaganda in the media, and she goes after Islam itself, for being a TOTALITARIAN POLITICAL SYSTEM, not a religion, and she goes after Mohammad's sexual perversions.

Take what she says into consideration. I have read others say they don't agree with her on everything, but her general position is accurate. I disagree. I think she nails it throughout the entire video. I agree with her video right down to the end. Much of what she says is consistent with what former Muslims like Walid Shoebat and I.Q. al-Rassooli have to say about the dangers of Islam as an ideology. "Islam is the ultimate bastardization and con."

Muhammad is a fraud.

Do we love these people? How about we save them from the evil of Islam.

Pakistan Escalates, 24 Soldiers Dead

By Douglas V. Gibbs

Pakistan claims NATO helicopters and fighter jets fired upon two army checkpoints in the country's northwest and killing 24 soldiers. Pakistan's leaders responded by closing the border crossings used by the international coalition to supply its troops in neighboring Afghanistan, thus cutting off the American supply route.

The incident damages an already difficult relationship between Pakistan and American-led forces fighting in Afghanistan.

At this point, Pakistan has closed both of the country's border crossings into Afghanistan. 30 percent of the non-lethal supplies used by its Afghan-based forces use those border crossings.

Ties between Washington and Islamabad have been strained. The covert U.S. commando raid that killed Osama bin Laden in a Pakistani garrison town on May 2 contributed.

The United Nations says the attack was self-defense.

Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan Must Be Recused From Obamacare Case

Top Republican senators said late Friday the Justice Department has been stonewalling their request for more information on Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan, and said her previous work as solicitor general “may satisfy both requirements for recusal” from the upcoming health-care case.

The senators, led by Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, are demanding Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. comply with requests for more documents about Justice Kagan’s role in planning the administration’s defense, and said unless he provides the information it could undermine confidence in the court’s eventual ruling on the case.

“President Obama chose to nominate a member of his administration to the Supreme Court knowing it was likely that, if confirmed, she would be in a position to rule on his signature domestic policy achievement,” said the four senators, who also included Senate Minority Whip Jon Kyl of Arizona; Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa, the ranking Republican on the Judiciary Committee; and Sen. Mike Lee of Utah.

The Supreme Court announced early this week that it would hear a challenge to the health-care law, which Mr. Obama signed last year. Questions have floated for months over whether Justice Kagan could rule impartially in the case. She was solicitor general at the time the law passed, and acknowledged during her confirmation hearing that she attended at least one meeting where litigation was discussed.

Black Panthers Plan Violence Against 2012 Republican National Convention

Once a Black Panther, now he hopes to warn Republicans of the Left’s evil plans
BY COACH COLLINS, ON NOVEMBER 20TH, 2011
By Suzanne Eovaldi, staff writer

Former Black Panther and Leftist activist Brandon Darby told a packed East Orlando Tea Party this week that he left the Black Panthers because basically he loves America. He said he just couldn’t take it anymore when he happened upon a video training session by anarchist leaders showing gullible young men how to make Molotov cocktails to shut down the Republican National Convention in Minneapolis in 2008.

”Anarchists were showing videos of throwing Molotov cocktails at corporate systems,” Darby said. The ingredients were bought at a local big box and built using tampons as wicks with oil laced into the gasoline “to better stick to the skin,” like homemade napalm. Something snapped in Darby’s consciousness when he said these radicals were openly calling for shutting down the convention by any means possible, simply because they didn’t like what the Republicans and Sarah Palin were saying.

“That’s bullying,” he added. Giving a heads up to organizers for the August 27, 2012 GOP convention at the Tampa Convention Center, the now conservative forum speaker is warning what could happen again. He said a definite structure of planners had set up a three part division of responsibilities in the Leftist camp; namely the Reds, really hard core anarchists dressed in black whose sole aim was to fight the police; the Yellows who were tasked with blocking roads to the Xcel site; and the Greens, a loosely knit collection of about 10,000 routine protestors.

“I want to get those who want to destroy our country,” he told the Conservatives in a big media event totally IGNORED by the resident local print outlet, giving the term liberal bias by omission a whole new definition! The liberal media at the time, in typical progressive media speak, said Darby exhibited a “hyper masculinity” that led astray the gullible youths who had plans to lob gasoline bombs into a parking lot of cop cars. These two young men, however, received jail terms.

Founding Truth of the Constitution

Founding Truth of the U.S. Constitution

What is our government doing, to the American people, that is not following the Constitution? Listen here and find out!

Liberalism and Communitarianism: Enablers and Destroyers

If people can’t comprehend what it means to work for larger goals than their own interest, if they actually consider any deviation from self-service somehow a sign of phoniness, we, as a nation, are lost. - Paul Krugman

Definition - Communitarianism: a communal system based on cooperative groups that practice some of the principles of communism. — communitarian, n., adj.

By Douglas V. Gibbs

The difference between Paul Krugman and me in regards to his quote is that I believe working with the community to achieve larger goals must be a personal, individual decision. Krugman believes people must be made to place the community above their own individual desires, even if it takes the government through regulatory powers to force them to.

I believe that pursuing personal and individual goals, in the long run, is good for the community, for that makes you non-dependent upon the community, and personal success helps the community by you participating in the market system, and if you are a business by supplying jobs and products.

Krugman, from what I gather from the editorial he wrote, is two sneezes away from being a full-fledged Marxist.

The Leftism that Krugman pushes is a disease that has enveloped the globe. In Europe collapse is inevitable, and the Germans are tired of carrying the free loaders in society that place all of their dependence upon the more socialist nations. The European Union has survived up to this point primarily because Germany has been bailing everyone out. Meanwhile, the crying whiners of the other countries, who are instilling austerity measures in the hope of averting collapse, are suffering from riots and general strikes.

That makes Germany, as long as they continue to bail out other nations, enablers.

The socialists are throwing temper tantrums world wide because liberalism is failing. Big Government is not the solution, and they refuse to accept that, even on the precipice of complete economic collapse.

The socialism (liberalism one step farther than here) of Europe has failed, and Germany does not want to go down with the ship.

The free loaders say they "need" government to take care of them. . .

If these people had been self-sufficient and personally responsible, this would not be a problem.

Instead, they chose to be slaves of big government, and now they know not what to do as the plantation of socialism collapses.

Germany's history has taught the nation when to stop with the fiscal insanity. Merkel refuses to participate with the madness, and now is being criticized as "punishing" the rest of the EU. Fact is, Germany is not punishing Europe. Merkel is simply refusing to continue to be the enabler for the socialist systems that are failing miserably.

Liberalism fails whenever it is tried.

Though the United States is a little bit behind Europe, if we don't turn the ship around, it will take down more than just us. Because we have been so prosperous in history, the American Dollar is intertwined with all of the economies around the world. Our failure would be devastating to the entire global community.

Despite the evidence that liberalism fails, for one must only look to the events in Europe to recognize the destructive nature of statism, factions in the United States continue to push for such a system. What is worse, President Obama and the democrat party have falling lock, stock and barrel for the madness of big government. They are steering this ship into the treacherous waters, despite the reality that doing such a thing is a death sentence for our economy, and ultimately, for our nation.

The Occupy Movement screams for change. They demonize capitalism and the corporations. When it comes to the bankers and corporations, they have a partially legitimate argument, for corruption does exist within those circles. The root of that corruption, however, is not from the bankers or corporations alone, but from the incestuous relationship they have with government. Liberalism, in the end, is the problem, not the capitalistic system that has been the foundation of our prosperity.

The solution these leftists proposes is communitarianism - a philosophy that places the welfare of the community over the rights and freedoms of the individual.

The solution is not more government through a communal system. The solution lies in reducing government, and changing our system back to what worked. Stop enabling the entitlement junkies, return to the gold standard with our currency, kick the unions out of the government, reduce federal spending to only that which is constitutionally authorized, and convince the free loaders that their ideas are not the solution - their ideas are the problem.

Sure, we should be sensitive to others needs, we ought to be charitable, and we are indeed simply a part of a much larger community. But, to participate in that community has to be an individual decision. It is not the role of government to force us to be.

Constitutionally, the role of the federal government is not to make us a community. The role of the government is to protect, preserve, and promote the union.

What we do as individuals is our business.

Krugman, you can keep your communal, big government tyranny.

Still in Recession: Stock Market Thanksgiving Week Worst Since Great Depression! - Democrats Move Us Closer to Socialism

Political tags - such as royalist, communist, democrat, populist, fascist, liberal, conservative, and so forth - are never basic criteria. The human race divides politically into those who want people to be controlled and those who have no such desire. - Robert A. Heinlein

By Douglas V. Gibbs

They have tried to will us out of the recession. They told us it has ended. They told us we are in recovery. They predicted a rebounding stock market, and a record-breaking Christmas shopping season that would begin with a very active Black Friday.

We were lied to. The liberal left democrats of the political world, and the media, were feeding us a line of B.S., not because they believed it, but because they wanted to believe it themselves. They had to. They had to try to will recovery into existence. To believe otherwise would be to admit that liberalism has failed, and has failed big.

During the last week the stock market, by percentage, had its worst Thanksgiving week since 1932. European markets also struggled. Then the week was capped by flat spending on Black Friday. . . which only saved itself at all because the stores opened earlier, threw out greater deals, and attracted a lot more younger buyers as compared to usual. The crowds, for the most part, however, stayed home.

Bloomberg even admitted we are not in recovery, but still in recession, and that consumer spending is doing very badly during this shopping season, with this paragraph: "Black Friday arrived with consumer sentiment at levels previously reached during recessions, as a record share of households said this is a bad time to spend, according to the Bloomberg Consumer Comfort Index. The measure has reached minus 50 or less in nine of the past 10 weeks, an unprecedented performance in its 26-year history." (emphasis mine)

In other words, in the last 26 years, it has never been this bad.

I can hear the liberals lining up now. . . "It's all Bush's fault," they are saying.

Such tools.

Never mind that the Republicans warned of a crisis with Fanny and Freddie, and the democrats blew it off. . .

Never mind that the crisis that sent us into this tailspin was due to the liberal policy of "everyone owning a home, now matter what it takes" (philosophy of the Community Reinvestment Act). . .

Never mind the astronomical spending during the Obama administration's stay in the White House. . .

Never mind the increase of federal regulations against banks, insurance, and the private sector as a whole. . .

Never mind the tendency of Obama and his liberal buddies to bail out failed businesses, rewarding dying industries, pushing green technologies against the will of the market, and shifting taxpayer dollars into the pockets of the corporations that he likes best because they have contributed to his campaigns or the connections said companies has with his accomplices. . .

Never mind the assault on all businesses with an attempt to unconstitutionally instill Obamacare. . .

Never mind the hidden increases of taxation against the producers. . .

This recession belongs to Obama, and his liberal policies are making it all much, much worse.

Of course, none of this is anything new. From the beginning the democrats were lying about job creation, and even created fake districts to try to put across their bogus points.

As for your opinion? It doesn't matter to them. You, according to the liberal democrats, are too stupid to understand the complexities of government, and the American Economy. Heck, listening to the democrats talk, I am surprised they haven't said that it is amazing to them that you can even balance your own check book. They don't care what you have to say because they believe that only they, the political elite, are capable of recognizing what needs to be done, and what is best for the "common good." Besides, a centralized government can be trusted to remain benign, right?

Never mind that this group of political dirt bags have even decided to embrace communitarianism - which places the welfare of the community over the welfare and freedoms of the individual. . . at all costs.

The worst part of it all is that it is all being done on purpose. The liberal democrats are destroying the American System, so they can replace it with what the Founding Fathers called "utopianism" - a society where The State works to create the perfect society, even if they must force it upon the people.

Some may call it socialism. Some may call it statism. Others call it Marxism. They refuse to call it what it is for the critics will rise up in protest. The U.S. Congress saw it coming. In 1963 a list of 45 Communist Goals was presented by Representative Herlong:

Communist Goals (1963)
Congressional Record--Appendix, pp. A34-A35
January 10, 1963

Current Communist Goals

EXTENSION OF REMARKS OF HON. A. S. HERLONG, JR. OF FLORIDA

IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

Thursday, January 10, 1963

Mr. HERLONG. Mr. Speaker, Mrs. Patricia Nordman of De Land, Fla., is an ardent and articulate opponent of communism, and until recently published the De Land Courier, which she dedicated to the purpose of alerting the public to the dangers of communism in America.

At Mrs. Nordman's request, I include in the RECORD, under unanimous consent, the following "Current Communist Goals," which she identifies as an excerpt from "The Naked Communist," by Cleon Skousen:

[From "The Naked Communist," by Cleon Skousen]

CURRENT COMMUNIST GOALS

1. U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war.

2. U.S. willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war.

3. Develop the illusion that total disarmament [by] the United States would be a demonstration of moral strength.

4. Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war.

5. Extension of long-term loans to Russia and Soviet satellites.

6. Provide American aid to all nations regardless of Communist domination.

7. Grant recognition of Red China. Admission of Red China to the U.N.

8. Set up East and West Germany as separate states in spite of Khrushchev's promise in 1955 to settle the German question by free elections under supervision of the U.N.

9. Prolong the conferences to ban atomic tests because the United States has agreed to suspend tests as long as negotiations are in progress.

10. Allow all Soviet satellites individual representation in the U.N.

11. Promote the U.N. as the only hope for mankind. If its charter is rewritten, demand that it be set up as a one-world government with its own independent armed forces. (Some Communist leaders believe the world can be taken over as easily by the U.N. as by Moscow. Sometimes these two centers compete with each other as they are now doing in the Congo.)

12. Resist any attempt to outlaw the Communist Party.

13. Do away with all loyalty oaths.

14. Continue giving Russia access to the U.S. Patent Office.

15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.

16. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.

17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers' associations. Put the party line in textbooks.

18. Gain control of all student newspapers.

19. Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations which are under Communist attack.

20. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing, policymaking positions.

21. Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and motion pictures.

22. Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all forms of artistic expression. An American Communist cell was told to "eliminate all good sculpture from parks and buildings, substitute shapeless, awkward and meaningless forms."

23. Control art critics and directors of art museums. "Our plan is to promote ugliness, repulsive, meaningless art."

24. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them "censorship" and a violation of free speech and free press.

25. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV.

26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as "normal, natural, healthy."

27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with "social" religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a "religious crutch."

28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of "separation of church and state."

29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.

30. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the "common man."

31. Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history on the ground that it was only a minor part of the "big picture." Give more emphasis to Russian history since the Communists took over.

32. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture--education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc.

33. Eliminate all laws or procedures which interfere with the operation of the Communist apparatus.

34. Eliminate the House Committee on Un-American Activities.

35. Discredit and eventually dismantle the FBI.

36. Infiltrate and gain control of more unions.

37. Infiltrate and gain control of big business.

38. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand [or treat].

39. Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose Communist goals.

40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.

41. Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.

42. Create the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate aspects of the American tradition; that students and special-interest groups should rise up and use ["]united force["] to solve economic, political or social problems.

43. Overthrow all colonial governments before native populations are ready for self-government.

44. Internationalize the Panama Canal.

45. Repeal the Connally reservation so the United States cannot prevent the World Court from seizing jurisdiction [over domestic problems. Give the World Court jurisdiction] over nations and individuals alike.

As much as everyone wants to deny it, today's American Liberals have accepted the torch. Communism did not die with the USSR. Communism is alive and well in the democrat party.

"The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But under
the name of 'liberalism' they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist
program, until one day America will be a Socialist nation, without
knowing how it happened." - Norman Thomas, six-time U.S. Presidential candidate for the Socialist Party of America, 1948 - from an interview during the presidential campaign.
