Tebow Defies Imagination

By Douglas V. Gibbs

Nobody can figure this guy out. Tebow has no talent when it comes to throwing mechanics.  He makes bad decisions.  And he wins.

His team is inspired to believe, and nobody can figure out how they do it.

Today, the Broncos beat the Pittsburgh Steelers in an Overtime Period that only took one play, a throwing play by Tebow, to win in the playoffs.

Unbelievable.

I hate the Broncos, but for some reason I find myself glued to the set to see what Tim Tebow does next.

Oh, and this was the best of the four games.  Down to the wire, fun to watch, confusing to figure out.

Wow.

Now, the miracle Denver Broncos will have to go to New England to face the Patriots.

Can Tebow do it again next week?  Before you scoff at that question, remember he was not expected to beat the Steelers, either, much less be in the playoffs.

Oh, and of course hats off to the incredible defensive play, place kicking, rushers, and receiving corps of the Broncos. . . Tebow would say so.

I'm happy that Tebow's first TD pass went to my fellow Hokie Eddie Royal.
