More Tasteless Trayvon Martin Murder Reaction

Liberal White Media Exploit Black Teen Death

The Conservative Party USA extends our heartfelt and sincere condolences to the parents and family of Trayvon Martin. Based on what is currently known, Trayvon appears to have been an average teen with only minor brushes with authorities. None of those instances, however, should be used to explain away the questionable circumstances under which he died.

Having said that, we must also caution everyone to cease and desist from making hasty, emotional and uninformed judgments about this shooting. We urge everyone to remain calm and allow the wheels of justice to roll down the investigative road. Let all the salient and relevant facts be determined by local, state and federal agencies FIRST. Let’s all refrain from making premature legal pronouncements or demands for arrest or conviction before all the facts are established.

Of course the liberal media is stoking this irrational rush to judgment before all the facts are known. The main culprit in this crusade is none other than Al Sharpton. Remember Al? He’s the guy who pranced around NY State in 1987 pushing the wholly discredited narrative that a 15 year old African-American girl (Tawana Brawley) was raped and horribly abused by white men one of which was a local policeman. After weeks of heated demands for “justice”, emotional marches and fruitless demonstrations led by Sharpton (supported a classically biased media), a Grand Jury officially concluded the girl had fabricated the whole event to avoid getting beaten by abusive parents.

MSNBC totally ignored that egregious lapse in judgment and rewarded the “Reverend” with his own TV show. Now he’s using this Martin case to prop-up his flagging ratings. The rest of MSNBC and NBC have jumped on this racially charged bandwagon for the same reasons. Surprise!

The only exercise that fatheads like “Reverend” Sharpton, “Reverend” Jessie Jackson and the rest of the liberal media have been doing these days is jumping to politically-correct conclusions. As a matter of fact, they are Olympic Gold medalists in the Jumping To Conclusions event. Remember the Duke University lacrosse team rape case? The exact same dynamic applies in both cases: the victim was black and the alleged perpetrator(s) are white. Or in this case, non-black; it seems that Zimmerman is actually Hispanic.

Some people never learn from their mistakes. That includes Trayvon’s mother who now wants to Trademark his name. Trying to make money from her son’s tragic death is just as shameful (maybe worse) as a TV network trying to increase ratings. Shame! The election-year ploy Democrats are using by dragging the Martin parents into Congressional hearings is also reprehensible.

Spike Lee Silent After His Tweet Jeopardizes Elderly Couple's Lives

“Elderly couple abandons their home after address is posted on Twitter as that of George Zimmerman” read the headline of an article yesterday in the Orlando Sentinel. Spike Lee’s twitter account went into Radio Silence yesterday morning after it was revealed he mistakenly tweeted to over 247,000 twitter followers the address of an elderly Florida couple instead of George Zimmerman’s address, the man who shot Trayvon Martin. Mr. Lee’s tweet resulted in hate mail, strangers dropping by, and other disturbances that panicked the couple who then fled from their home for fear of their lives. It remains to be seen if Spike Lee will contact the couple to assist them financially with the costs associated with their having to abandon their home or at minimum publicly apologize to them for his putting their lives in danger.

Dem Rep. Rush kicked off House floor for ‘hoodie’ in Trayvon Martin protest

Rep. Bobby Rush (D-Ill.) on Wednesday morning was asked to leave the House floor after removing his suit jacket to reveal a “hoodie,” then putting the hood over his head to protest the Trayvon Martin killing in Florida.

“Racial profiling has to stop,” Rush said. “Just because someone wears a hoodie does not make them a hoodlum.” Rush also donned sunglasses.

Former NAACP leader C.L. Bryant blasts CNN’s Roland Martin [VIDEO]

Former NAACP leader C.L. Bryant went head to head Tuesday with CNN’s Roland Martin over how black leaders have responded to the Feb. 26 Trayvon Martin killing.

In an interview with The Daily Caller Monday, Bryant, once the chapter president of the Garland, Texas NAACP, criticized Revs. Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton of “exploiting” the Martin tragedy in order to “racially divide this country.”

But the CNN contributor took issue with Bryant, tweeting his disapproval multiple times. On Tuesday’s “Outfront with Erin Burnett” on CNN, Martin had an opportunity to push back against Bryant on live TV.

New Black Panther leader Malik Shabazz threatens to burn Detroit down

Angry over steps being taken due to a financial emergency in Detroit, New Black Panther Party leader Malik Shabazz (not to be confused with Malik Zulu Shabazz, national leader of the group) declared he would burn the city down.

"This is white on black crime," he said during public comment at the two hour meeting held Monday afternoon.

"This is white supremacy. Before you can take over our city, we will burn it down," he added.

Added Note:

One must ask, how is it that we were given such a list of warnings and speeches about civility after Gabby Giffords was shot, and blame was passed out to every conservative they could get their hands on, yet there is nothing about Spike Lee putting that older couple in danger or the mobs converging on that home, and there is nothing about the New Black Panthers illegally putting a bounty on Zimmerman (call for a kidnapping?) - except in the conservative blogs and sites.
