A Dallas police sergeant is in hot water after he bought a Chick-fil-A sandwich on "Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day" earlier this month, Fox DFW reported Wednesday.
According to CBS, Sgt. Mark Johnson brought the sandwich into a briefing room, apparently causing words to be exchanged between him and two lesbian officers.
"A department spokesperson says the issue is not whether the sergeant brought the sandwich into the substation, but whether inappropriate comments were exchanged between him and the two female officers while on duty," CBS reported.
The two female officers filed a complaint against the sergeant, claiming his words and actions embarrassed and humiliated them.
