Constitution Class tonight cancelled, due to Valentines Day

Due to the fact that everyone is probably out on a date, tonight's Temecula Constitution Class at Faith Armory is cancelled.  See you next Thursday Night.

We will continue with Article I, Section 8 - the enumerated powers.

I plan to also better explain the unconstitutional concept of implied powers.
