Ohio TEA Party organizer Marion Bower requested tax-exempt status for her new group. The IRS demanded Marion Bower provide the Government with details of what materials her group is reading.
Mrs Bower mailed to the IRS "The 5,000 Year Leap," and a copy of the United States Constitution.
