One of my constituents, David Bagwell, allowed me to share this message. This is just another real life example about how the new heathcare law is hurting South Carolina families. David Bagwell: "Pickens County School District has limited substitute teachers to 4 days a week. Why? Obamacare. Because if they worked anymore hours they would have to provide health insurance. Now we have a loss of income."
