Lawsuit Seeks To Stop Obama's Employer Mandate Delay: 'President Has No Right to Change Law'

by JASmius

No, O doesn't have the right to unilaterally change the law; he does, though, have the power.  The true innovation of the Obamidency is that his power has become uncoupled from the law, and thus functionally unlimited.  Which is why all the lawsuits in the world won't restrain him, even if he were to lose any of them, which he won't, regardless of what the law says, as we saw when Chief Justice Roberts ruled the individual mandate penalty as a tax.

I don't want to say that Dr. Kawa is wasting his time, money, and effort, because at worst, they are his to waste.  But what happened at Olympus last year conclusively shut the door on OCare being toppled by judicial means.  Nobody should expect this case to turn out any differently.
