Obama Offers No Faith Exemption In New Homosexual Decree

by JASmius

Because we're all - "officially" - gay now - or else:

Barack Obama will sign an executive order on Monday barring federal contractors from discriminating on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity, senior administration officials said.

The White House said last month that Obama would issue the order but declined to give details on its content or the timing of when he would do so.

The order will allow some exemptions for religious groups that are federal contractors but not as much flexibility as the groups had wanted.

A religious organization would be barred from making hiring decisions based on sexual orientation or gender identity. Exceptions would be allowed for ministers, and groups would be allowed to favor individuals of a particular religion when hiring.

Didja catch those last two 'graphs?  "The order will allow some exemptions for religious groups," but they still have to hire queers and trannies.  Just not as pastors.  Yet.  And, "make no mistake," that's coming, gentles.  Oh, yes, it is.

I bet you couldn't tell that was originally a Thomson/Reuters story, couldja?

I'm guessing this is the next Hobby Lobby case.  In fact, the SCOTUS should make room on their calendar for next term right now.

Want an even more disquieting revelation?:

A senior administration official said the order would affect 24,000 companies that employ some 28 million workers, roughly a fifth of the nation's work force.

Obama has pressed Congress to pass legislation that would ban such discrimination for all companies, but it has failed to gain traction with Republican lawmakers.

24,000 companies, a fifth of the nation's remaining workforce, are federal government contractors.  As The One himself would say, stick that in your bong and toke it.

Next will come the executive decree indenturing the other four-fifths of what's left of the private sector "up the old dirt road."  O would be taking care of that on Monday too, but his royal scepter pen was running low on ink.

Which is funny, because I never knew the J.M. Smucker Company manufactured ink.....
