It Was Inevitable: "Transgender" Children's Books

by JASmius

Never, it seems, has child abuse been so massively popular:

As transgender issues become more mainstream, so have books about the subject for children, the New York Times reports.

"My goal was to write stories that would have helped me feel less alone at that age," said Sam[antha] Martin, whose semi-autobiographical story will be included in an upcoming collection. Martin, forty-three, began transitioning from female to male after seeing a book featuring photographs of women who had become men twenty-three years ago.

The hell she did, and the hell they did.  I'll say it again: This is a matter of biblical truth and of scientific fact.  There are two genders - male and female.  That's it.  You are born with the gender chromosome pair God and the meotic dance of your parents' "gender fluids" gave you.  Everything else is psychotic self-delusion and self-mutilation.

And trannies look upon their psychotic self-delusion the same way Christian missionaries used to (and still do, those that still survive) look upon the metaphorical cannibals' village:

The books include not only memoirs, but science fiction....

A slightly more honest depiction, although just as insidious.  If Robert Heinlein were still alive today, he'd be contributing to this genre, I have no doubt.

....and young adult romance....

Young adult what?  And, for that matter, why "adult"?  Why should anybody be confined by a false objectivity about age?  If your three year old wants to believe he's fifty-six, who are you to tell him he isn't?  He should be able to toddle down to the DMV and get a driver's license, drive over to the pharmacy to stock up on blood pressure medication, and then over to the plastic surgeon to have bunyons and age spots and gray hair and eye bags and wrinkles installed.  Then back to the pharmacist to pick up his Viagra that he trained himself to forget at the advanced age he selected for himself.

Same thing works in reverse, you know.  I'd like to declare myself twenty-one again, move back to Washington State University, and see if that graffiti about all the "fat chicks on campus" that I used to read on the study desks at Holland Library was actually true, if you know what I mean.  It's unjust discrimination that any such attempt would trigger a mattress attack.

See, my friends?  Parody is still possible in this age of insanity; you just have to, er, "bend" with the material.

Today's parody is, of course, tomorrow's headlines.  Or maybe this afternoon's, as fast as this craziness is accelerating.  Mark my words.

And though some are printed by publishers that focus on gay and lesbian themes....

Boy, they seem so staid and buttoned-down by comparison, don't they?  Think that's any accident?  Does "cultural Cloward-Pivenization" ring a bell?

....mainstream publishers such as Scholastic Press and Disney Hyperion are getting on board.

An example of what Pat Buchanan has long said about the free market being important, but not enough to sustain a constitutional republic by itself.  As George Washington once said, "“Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports. Whatever may be conceded to the influence of refined education on minds of peculiar structure, reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principle."

To bear witness to this mass psychosis would have caused the first POTUS to literally flip his wig and lose his teeth simultaneously.

"As our culture is starting to acknowledge transgender people and acknowledge that they are part of the fabric of who we are, literature is reflecting that," Scholastic Press' David Levithan told the Times.

No, Mr. Levithan, trannies are not "part of the fabric of who we are"; they're not even trying to horn their way into that fabric.  They are forcibly redefining that fabric in a hostile cultural takeover to exclude what I will never, to my dying breath, stop referring to as us normal, sane people.  And marketing this filth and garbage to children is the tried and true strategy of accomplishing what Adolph Hitler once proclaimed:

A community where every last facet of personal identity and individuality will be, not erased, but dictated from the - what?  Birth canal?  Crib?  Test tube? - by the State.  Where it doesn't matter whether you're born male or female, because your "gender" will be assigned to you, and if it doesn't match the one you were born with, you will be forcibly "reassigned".

True, that's the endgame of this crazy train.  But it's no less inevitable, and that bleak terminus is that much closer.

Exit question: When they remake When Harry Met Sally, as Hollywood does all successful movies in lieu of creating, you know, new material, what odds would you lay that they rename it When Harry Became Sally?  My advice?  Don't set them too high.
