Football at RJ's

By Douglas V. Gibbs

I am a huge football fan, and after being full throttle all week with speaking events on the United States Constitution, I have to recharge on Sunday.  Last week I spent the day at RJ's Sizzling Steer in Murrieta watching football, and it was a blast.  Today I plan to be there for the afternoon game at 1:00 pm.  The San Diego Chargers are front and center right now as the early game. . . and I am sure the place is rockin'.

On the first day of the football season, RJ’s Sizzling Steer at 41401 Kalmia St in Murrieta opened early for professional football. The restaurant has a special football day menu, beer specials, and more than enough screens to show all of the games playing at any given time. This writer recommends RJ’s Sizzling Steer for your football programming needs each and every Sunday.

After completing a breakfast skillet, I enjoyed a soda and a number of discussions with the other football fans in the room. After the morning games, and a couple beers, I enjoyed chips, salsa, and a slider.

The television screens are not only in the bar. Bring a big group and enjoy football in the patio area, as well. RJ himself spent a lot of time visiting with everyone, making sure they were happy with their experience.

Football festivities at RJ’s is like icing on a cake, for RJ’s already has a great menu, perfect steaks, fantastic sides, and a full bar with bartenders who pay attention to detail creating drinks that taste of absolute perfection.

See you there.
