#BlackLivesMatter Is Above The Law In Oregon

by JASmius

Fact: #BlackLivesMatter is a racist domestic terrorist organization on a par with the old Ku Klux Klan.  Fact: Law enforcement on any level would be both criminally negligent and derelict in their duty if they didn't monitor #BlackLivesMatter's activities and keep all their chapters and members under constant surveillance by any and all means available.

Which means that the Oregon Department of Justice investigator who was doing his job by monitoring social media posts under the #BlackLivesMatter hashtag and is now being punished for it should instead be....well, I suppose you're not entitled to a medal for just doing your job, but you damn well shouldn't be punished for it, either:

An Oregon Department of Justice investigator conducted digital surveillance on supporters of Black Lives Matter, searching the movement’s well-known hashtag as part of a threat assessment investigation, State Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum revealed in a letter Tuesday.

And A-G Rosenblum commended the investigator for his diligent service to public safety, truth, justice, and the American way, right?

C'mon, this is 2015; in The Age Of The One; in Oregon.

“When I initially heard about this incident I was appalled,” Rosenblum said in her letter, which was in response to an earlier letter from the Portland chapter of the national civil rights organization the Urban League. The civil rights group sought an investigation into allegations that the state DOJ was digitally surveilling Oregonians for use of the #BlackLivesMatter hashtag on social media.

So now legitimate criminal investigations are the subject of illegitimate, politicized, racist "criminal" investigations.

Rosenblum confirmed an investigator in the Criminal Justice Division had conducted such an investigation.

Upon discovering the social media search, Rosenblum immediately ordered the Criminal Justice Division to stop using any such online search tool. She also shared the information with Johnson.

Oregon cops, in other words, are working not for the people of Oregon, but for the racist domestic terrorists of #BlackLivesMatter.

And let's remember something else: This was not wire- or phone-tapping or rifling through BLM's bank records or bursting into their headquarters' wherever they may be in the middle of the night with search warrants. The Oregon DOJ investigator was reading their tweets, which are openly published on a social network for the entire world to see.

Or, rather, the entire world other than the Oregon Department of Injustice, Revenge & Coverups.  Because as far as they're concerned and have not openly admitted, #BlackLivesMatter is utterly and completely above the law.

I can't what to see how BLM is going to exploit that, can you?
