Cincinnati is #3 in my power rankings; Cleveland is #28. Cincinnati has the #6 offense in the league; Cleveland is #18. Cincinnati's defense is ranked #22....gee, that kinda sucks, doesn't it? But Cleveland's defense is #30, third from the bottom. The Bengals are undefeated and the Browns....aren't. And Cincy is at home.
This is not going to be anybody's upset special.
