Constitution Association Monthly Dinner Meeting: Doonby

Constitution Association Monthly Meeting
For Monthly Dinner
Meeting at Merna's
January 9, 2016 meeting
Dear Douglas,

Our monthly meeting is upon us.  We are going to be meeting at Merna's Cafe in Menifee at 26850 Cherry Hills Blvd. from 5-7 pm, as usual, but there has been a slight scheduling change.

We were expecting to have two speakers on the abortion issue join us, Janette Chun the Executive Director of Birth Choice Temecula, and Andrea Yim from www.pro-jectlife.com.  However, Mrs. Chun has a family emergency that has her out of town, and Andrea has a family get together out of the area that may not allow her to return to southwest Riverside County in time for the event.  So, the video her organization produced will air promptly at 5:00 pm, and then we will have a movie night with a full theatrical movie for you to enjoy, and appreciate.

Let me explain:

In 2014 an independent pro-life film called Doonby was released.  The movie features well-known actors John Schneider, Robert Davi, and Ernie Hudson, and includes newcomers Jenn Gotzon, and Will Wallace.  The film has a powerful story, and will be shown instead of us having a speaker.  There is no charge, and all are welcome to join us.  The restaurant we use, Merna's Cafe, asks that for the use of the room everyone orders a meal.  We will have a drawing for a Constitution Quest game give-away after the film.  At the time of the drawing we also pass a bucket around for those that would like to help with the funding of our organization.

I look forward to seeing you on Saturday Night.  Feel free to arrive early to help get things ready, for a little pre-meeting conversation, and to order dinner.  I should be there by 4:00 pm.
