Liberal Censorship: Vaxxed in California by AB 1671

The leftist hippie collectivist "peace, love, dope" claim has always been that the "far right," and "religious nazis" (their words, not mine) want to ban your books and censor your life because that is what authoritarian right wing nutcases do.

Except in a few extreme cases, that has never been true.  Read what you want, smoke what you want, and hell, even have sex with whom you want - I may have a moral problem with it, but if you want to damage your body and it doesn't affect me. . . go for it.   Just don't parade the filth in front of everyone's children, or impose your decisions upon society in general.  One's right to do what the heck they want only extends to the tip of the nose of the next person's rights.  If an action a person thinks is a right is detrimental to other rights, then it stops being a right - or at least that is the conventional wisdom of most legal minds.

Not when it comes to liberal left Democrats.  You see, they project who they are upon their opposition, and then accuse you of being hateful or ridicule you as being yesterday's archaism if you disagree.  Then, just to make sure you are under control, the Democrats push the censorship of all who disagree with them with authoritarian laws because that is what left wing nutcases do.

The film "Vaxxed" goes after vaccinations, and specifically the MMR one, showing links to autism, and so forth.  Much of the film involves the recorded confessions of a CDC researcher, William Thompson, who states that he and his colleagues buried data in a key study on the MMR vaccine.

Okay, let's stop for a moment.

Yes, I agree it has been vaccines that have largely kept this country safe from horrible diseases.  I agree that the vaccinations of children early on has essentially eradicated a number of diseases from the United States that continue to be a problem in other parts of the world.  However, the pharmaceutical world has taken something good, and they are destroying it.  They are using vaccinations for more than the control of disease.  And that, my friends, is what the film "Vaxxed" was designed to point out.

Trying to protect our children from mercury purposely injected into their blood, exposing unnecessary vaccines that are not age appropriate, and exposing dark activities in the pharmaceutical industry is not in the realm of conspiracy kookdom when it turns out that the shenanigans are true.

Enter, stage left, California's proposed bill AB 1671, up before the legislature in Sacramento, which would make undercover journalism obsolete.  The recording of persons without their knowledge or permission in any setting would be illegal.  Thus, the recordings that expose the truth in Vaxxed, or the recordings that exposed Planned Parenthood selling baby parts, would be illegal.

Talk about the Democrats doing what they can to protect the criminal enterprises of their corporate and other leftist allies.

Furthermore, AB 1671 specifically seeks to protect “healthcare providers” from “exposure” via “undercover recordings” documenting their crimes. Certainly, by stretching the definitions a bit, the CDC, for whom Thompson works, and Thompson himself, could be considered such healthcare providers.  And this is all happening while an injunction prohibiting the screening of Vaxxed remains in force.

Nick Cahill, at the Courthouse News Service, reports on AB 1671 (“Abortion Clinic Sting Videos Sprout Free-Speech Battle”, Thursday, August 11, 2016):

“The bill would criminalize publishing undercover video footage of ‘health care providers’ and subject third parties, including journalists, to penalties for reporting and distributing the illegally recorded footage.  Under AB 1671, a journalist receiving and posting footage from an anonymous source could be punished by the state as well as be opened up to potential civil lawsuits. Whistleblowers would not be exempt from the proposal either, regardless of how they obtained the illegal footage.”

In the case of Vaxxed, the film makers received or obtained the recordings of CDC researcher Thompson and used them to make their case: Thompson was confessing to crimes he and colleagues committed at the CDC.

But, if AB 1671 passes, releasing those recordings and commenting on them, in a film, could be considered a crime, punishable by fine, jail—and the film makers could also be open to lawsuits.

And, Vaxxed would be banned from all theaters in California (and showings at patriot meetings) because the new AB 1671 law would consider those recordings illegal, and therefore the theaters or venues showing the film would also be under threat by the iron fist of leftist authoritarianism.

AB 1671 isn’t just targeting people who make the undercover recordings. Its focus is on reporters who receive those recordings and then use them, post them, and write about them.

The natural right that we possess because of the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God of free speech is under attack because the liberal left is being exposed by free speech, and they don't like it when a light shines on their illegal and unethical activities.

AB 1671 is designed to further protect pharmaceutical attacks against society, and our children, coordinating tightly with the infamous 2015 California law, SB 277, which made vaccinating California school children mandatory - no exceptions.

The film Vaxxed certainly raises ominous questions about that mandatory vaccination law, and now the government of California is doing what they can to ban Vaxxed.

The message to us by the liberal left Democrats is clear.  Vaccine crimes, or any other crimes, cannot be reported if the evidence was obtained without the perpetrator's knowledge.

If AB 1671 is approved by the legislature, and Governor Jerry Brown signs it, it will give the liberal left law-breakers the opportunity to continue to poison our children, and chop up babies and sell them to the highest bidder without any worry that they will be exposed. . . because their accomplices in Sacramento will make sure of it.
