Help Support Spreading Constitutional Literacy

A part of my efforts to spread constitutional literacy is through my radio program, Constitution Radio with Douglas V. Gibbs. The program has been on AM Radio since August 6, 2011. Ten weeks ago, with the help of two advertisers, Constitution Radio with Douglas V. Gibbs, which airs every Saturday at 1:00 pm on KMET 1490-AM, we added a second hour to the program. The listener response has been great, and the opportunity to get deeper into constitutional issues on the radio broadcast has increased.  Due to unforeseen circumstances, the two advertisers were unable to continue their support during the second quarter of this year, beginning this coming Saturday, April 15.  As a result, we are at risk of losing that second hour of programming.

Tuesday Morning I put out a call for help, and so far the response has been great.  With a goal of $1,300, we have raised $380.  However, we are still way short of the goal if we want to keep our second hour of programming.

With the second hour paid for by listeners, rather than advertisers, we will save the slot (of which we would have considerable difficulty regaining if another host grabbed it), and during the April - July Contract, it would be a commercial-free hour.  But, we need to achieve $1,300 to keep it in play.

Please contribute, if you can, on my donation page at http://www.douglasvgibbs.com/donate.php, or, if you are here in Southern California, pay me a visit.  Thursday Night I will be at the Banning-Beaumont-Cherry Valley Tea Party monthly dinner meeting in Banning at the Farm's House Restaurant off Highland Springs Road at 5:00 pm to give a constitution presentation.

God Bless You, and thanks for the assistance.
