It began with 25 Myths

American Liberty is at risk, but the problem isn't as much that we've turned our back on the Constitution as much as it is that we don't understand the Constitution and we are allowing the liberal left to define it for us.

Hence, the reason my first book was 25 Myths of the United States Constitution.

I have been teaching Constitution Classes for free in Temecula since 2008.  I have since added Corona, and I conduct monthly presentations in Norco and Banning.  The handouts were originally one page summaries.  Over the years, however, they lengthened, and eventually became carefully constructed lessons.

In October of 2014, I put the lessons together into a book, with all of my resources listed, an index for ease in locating topics and concepts, and a glossary to help with the definitions of the terms as they appear in the text. The Basic Constitution: An Examination of the Principles and Philosophies of the United States Constitution.

After folks finished reading the two books, from which I received a lot of appreciation and good words regarding, some folks stated that, while they loved the books, they wished I had gone deeper into certain constitutional concepts (and unconstitutional concepts) mentioned in the first two books.  Always one to want to advance the education of those seeking to learn more about the U.S. Constitution, I wrote a new book that goes more deeply into those various concepts of the U.S. Constitution, appropriately named "Concepts of the United States Constitution."

Along my journeys I have also spent time fighting the good fight on the stage of abortion.  I have attended a large number pro-life events, have spent time with a large number of folks in the pro-life industry, and I myself have spoken at a handful of events.  I am currently the secretary for the board of directors for Birth Choice Temecula, a pro-life pregnancy center in Southwest Riverside County in Southern California (a region tucked between Los Angeles and San Diego, slightly inland).  Which led me to write my labor of love, Silenced Screams: Abortion in a Virtuous Society.

But, the work is not finished.  Among my many projects currently in process, coming soon is a textbook inspired by my work with the Congress of Racial Equality, American Freedom Alliance, Constitution Association, and my upcoming work with a home-school satellite study program.  The title of the book is "A Promise of American Liberty: Introduction to American Civics and Constitution Studies".

Ted Kennedy: Collusion with Russian Election Tampering, 1984

As the Democrats continue to pursue the lack of evidence regarding Trump's alleged collusion with the Russians, we have to remember that it is the Democrat Party that has a history of being friendly with our communist foes, and it was famed Democrat Teddy Kennedy who colluded with the Russians in hopes they could influence the 1984 Election (which began with his 1983 outreach to the Soviet Union where he sought the KGB's help in defeating Ronald Reagan).

But, I guess nobody remembers who the real traitors to the American System have historically been.

Attending the American Freedom Alliance Heroes of Conscience Dinner, 2017

As a Fellow of the American Freedom Alliance, I wanted to make sure I was in attendance at this year's event, and I will be.  Last year's event was also incredible, but it was Avi Davis (founder of the AFA who passed away a year and a half ago) who was honored.

My wife rarely gets to attend events with me, so I am especially excited that she will be in attendance with me, as well.

In addition to my wife's presence, this year, many of my Inland Empire colleagues will be there, as well.

This year's recipient of the Heroes of Conscience Award is David Horowitz.  Keynote speaker is Geert Wilders of the Netherlands.

Looking forward to an extraordinary event.

Gas Taxes Go Up, Roads Crumble

In California, the Democrats have a super-majority, so they are having their way, and the corruption is flowing mercilessly.

Melissa Melendez, a republican assemblywoman fighting the good fight in Sacramento, when discussing SB-1, a new gas tax and rise in registration fees akin to the ones that got Gray Davis recalled over a decade ago, says the new law is a lie.  The Democrats illegally bought votes to get it to pass, and while promising the money will go to fixing the roads, the reality is that the Democrats plan to divert the money their pet projects that have nothing to do with roads, and everything to do with funding their insanity.

According to Melendez, "This budget is a perfect Democrat con job. After forcing a multi-billion dollar, potentially illegal, tax increase on all Californians, with the promise of better roads, Governor Brown and his fellow Democrats are already diverting funding...diverting 30 percent of funding from the gas tax to non-road related projects like building parks and job training for felons."  This is not to mention their plans to spend the money on out of control pensions, the bullet train that nobody plans to ride and funding to protect and encourage illegal immigration.

A network of legal, educational, and faith-based nonprofit groups will receive $300,000 to assist immigrants with a variety of issues, not just deportation.

Where is the money coming from?

Take a guess.

This is after the hidden tax of ten cents per grocery bag after the "single use bags" ban.

For the Democrats in Sacramento, the game is no longer what is best for California, but "how can we find more ways to squeeze dimes and nickels out of Californians so as to fund our utopian dream?"

The deceptive methods, however, are packaged nicely.  Save the planet.  Remember, Mr. Obama said that Climate Change is the greatest threat.

Never mind that the whole Climate Change hoax is falling apart...

So, what happens when we stop driving cars, and the gas tax goes away?  What happens when the fuel tax starves business, and goods stop coming to California?  What happens when the socialist dream becomes the same as the chaos in the streets of Venezuela?

Then, they will tax the air you breath and the number of steps you take.

Summer of Love

While the liberal left Marxist snowflakes promise a Summer of Rage, the new age hippie's version of Marxism promises Summer of Love. . . of the naked kind.

The San Francisco continuation of the Summer of Love began with a naked parade.  Flowers and peace signs were all the the rage.  As for clothing, that was not only optional, but only appeared on adorned passersby and citizen photographers - well, and then there were the rainbow flower hats on the naked people's heads.

After homosexuals encouraged a nudity ban in San Francisco in 2012, nude activist Gypsy Taub decided a naked parade was just what the doctor ordered.  The 50th anniversary of the Summer of Love and the "spiritual awakening of unprecedented proportions" it allegedly ushered into San Francisco, seemed to be the right time and place.

"The Summer of Love began in the 60s but it never ended," reads a transcript of the speech on Taub's NSFW website, My Naked Truth.

Marchers said it was a parade, but it seemed more like a flesh-colored protest performed by people in wrinkly and sagging people suits.  Some of the signs read "Say no to body shame" and "Stop the SF nudity ban."  Signs are easy to read when that's what you prefer to be looking at.

The parade's nudity permit lasted until 2:30 p.m., yesterday, at which time participants were required to cover up.  I was just surprised that when exposed to the sun they didn't burst into flame.

Trump Speaks to Islamic World

The event was crowned the Arab Islamic American Summit.  On his second day in the Middle East, Trump portrayed himself as a world leader, and the loss of faith in the United States under Obama has been washed away, it seems.  World diplomacy is an important part of the job of being President of the United States, and Trump's handling of that duty has been exemplary.

The speech delivered to a roomful of Muslim leaders from 50 Muslim majority countries, largely of the Sunni sect of Islam, was carefully crafted and delivered impeccably.  Trump is hoping to use the divide between Sunni and Shiites to enable a move away from terrorism, and Islamic violence.  After today's speech, President Trump's schedule has him immediately going to Israel, next, and then Iran, to speak - an extraordinary schedule, to say the least.

At its core, Islam is violent.  The Koran teaches world domination, and that the means to reach that goal is violent jihad.  That does not mean we should avoid the situation, or avoid negotiations with Muslim countries, completely.  We cannot afford to refuse to have anything to do with the individuals in the Muslim World who proclaim that they are not in full favor of the terroristic nature of groups like the Muslim Brotherhood, or ISIS.  The situation is complex, and with such a complicated problem we need out of the ordinary strategies to deal with the Middle East, and the reality of Islamic terrorism.  If anyone is mentally capable of handling such a complex situation, it is President Donald J. Trump.

Trump's speech called for cooperation.  Terrorism threatens the peace of the world, and Trump sought to appeal to the more reasonable persons in the Middle East, to convince them that the safety of their people, and their fortunes, weigh heavily on finding peace (albeit temporary peace when dealing with Islam).

While Islam will never be willing to completely disarm, when they face a strong individual like Donald J. Trump that does not appease, it is apparent to them (from their point of view) that it is not in the will of Allah to stand against a brick wall. Trump's position of peace through strength was apparent to all who heard his speech.

The war against terror is ultimately a struggle between good and evil.  Terrorism, to the Western World, regardless of who you are, is obviously evil.  So, it is essential that we appeal to those who are willing to currently help, and right now, Saudi Arabia is among those actors.  Therefore, we must work with them, at least in a limited manner.  A foot in the door is better than a closed door that refuses any access.

The reality is, when dealing with Islam, you have temporary allies, and the enemy of your enemy is your friend.  So, despite the danger of dealing with countries like Saudi Arabia, the reality is, it is necessary.

The President, with much of his staff with him (including Secretary of State Rex Tillerson) began after the king of Saudi Arabia introduced him (and, unfortunately, championed "sustainable development" which is a catch phrase for "globalism" and "environmental Marxism"), and called the negotiations with Trump "an historic agreement".

Trump thanked King Salman for his words, and hosting the summit.

He called the relationship between Saudi Arabia, and the United States, going back to Franklin Delano Roosevelt and King Abdulaziz, a "long and endearing partnership."

Trump immediately appealed to the souls of the Muslim people.  He pulled no punches. The job before us is "Stamping out terrorism", because, among the results of doing so, we will give "a future to our children" and it is a move "of honoring God."

The need for cooperation to defeat this enemy was established in the speech.  President Trump urged that we must have a "Shared resolve to protect the safety of our people, and enhance the security of our wonderful friends and allies."

He turned to the United States, letting the Muslim leaders understand that the new leadership in the White House is making an impact.  "For Americans this is a very exciting time.  A new spirit of optimism is sweeping across our country."

The prosperity has led to an "increase of military spending", but not for selfish reasons, but because an stronger American military presence on the world stage "will enhance the security of our friends and allies."

Trump then turned to the historic agreements surrounding his speech to the Muslim World, stating that with the agreements we "will help our Saudi Friends with defense", and that the United States "will help the Saudi military to take a far greater role" in security of the region, but also that security and stability in the Middle East was not completely the responsibility of the United States.  The agreements must be "a clear declaration" that Muslim majority countries "must take the lead in eradicating extremism."

While laying the responsibility on the laps of Muslim countries to essentially clean their own house, he assured them that they are not alone.  Trump said, "I look forward to working with all of you."  But, that said, he reminded them of his Make America Great Again message. "America is a sovereign nation and our first priority is always the safety and security of our citizens.  We are not here to lecture — we are not here to tell other people how to live, what to do, who to be, or how to worship. Instead, we are here to offer partnership — based on shared interests and values — to pursue a better future for us all."

Taking a page from Golda Meir (Israel's Prime Minister from 1969 to 1974) who said, "Peace will come when the Arabs will love their children more than they hate us," Trump turned to the younger generations of the Islamic World.

He said, "We must be united in pursuing the one goal that transcends every other consideration - to vanquish terrorism. Young Muslim boys and girls should be able to grow up free from fear, safe from violence and innocent from hatred. They should have the chance to build new Arab prosperity for themselves. It has to be done and we have to let them do it.  This future can only be achieved by defeating terrorism, and the ideology that defines it."

Hope for the future.  A topic nobody can deny as reasonable.

"With God’s help, this summit will mark the beginning of the end for those who practice terror and spread its vile creed. At the same time, we pray this special gathering may someday be remembered as the beginning of peace in the Middle East – and maybe, even all over the world."

Trump then stated there is a shared need to defeat terrorism because "few nations have been spared its violent reach."

He didn't mince words.  "violent reach...barbaric attacks...unspeakable horror...fanatical violence."

Trump labeled terrorism as being a "humanitarian and security disaster in this region that is spreading across the planet.  A tragedy of epic proportions."

The true toll...must be counted not only in the number of dead. It must also be counted in generations of vanished dreams."

Trump then turned to his vision for the Middle East, and specifically Saudi Arabia.  That the region should "increasingly become one of the great global centers of commerce and opportunity.  This region should not be a place from which refugees flee, but to which newcomers flock."

Flattery, mixed with "quit sending the refugees to us, bring them back home".

While flattering them with the past "ancient heritage" of the region, and reminding them that it is the Middle East that was the "cradle of civilization", he also called them to look to the future, because "the potential of this region has never, ever been greater".

However, such a promising future is at risk.

Again, Trump said it like it is, without Obama-esque political correctness, or apologies.

"...this untapped potential, this tremendous cause for optimism, is held at bay by bloodshed and terror. There can be no coexistence with this violence. There can be no tolerating it, no accepting it, no excusing it, and no ignoring it.  Every time a terrorist murders an innocent person, and falsely invokes the name of God, it should be an insult to every person of faith. Terrorists do not worship God, they worship death.  If we do not act against this organized terror, then we know what will happen. Terrorism’s devastation of life will continue to spread. Peaceful societies will become engulfed by violence. And the futures of many generations will be sadly squandered. If we do not stand in uniform condemnation of this killing—then not only will we be judged by our people, not only will we be judged by history, but we will be judged by God.  This is not a battle between different faiths, different sects, or different civilizations.  This is a battle between barbaric criminals who seek to obliterate human life, and decent people of all religions who seek to protect it.  This is a battle between Good and Evil."

Strength and acting united had been the message, but now in the speech it was Trump's aim to drive that message home.

"We can only overcome this evil if the forces of good are united and strong – and if everyone in this room does their fair share and fulfills their part of the burden.  Terrorism has spread across the world. But the path to peace begins right here, on this ancient soil, in this sacred land.  America is prepared to stand with you – in pursuit of shared interests and common security.  But the nations of the Middle East cannot wait for American power to crush this enemy for them. The nations of the Middle East will have to decide what kind of future they want for themselves, for their countries, and for their children."

In other words, we are willing to help, but you have to take some of the responsibility, too.

"It is a choice between two futures – and it is a choice America CANNOT make for you.
A better future is only possible if your nations drive out the terrorists and extremists. Drive. Them. Out."

Now for the part that drove home the message.

"DRIVE THEM OUT of your places of worship. DRIVE THEM OUT of your communities. DRIVE THEM OUT of your holy land, and DRIVE THEM OUT OF THIS EARTH."

The problem is, you never know who your allies are, or the enemy, since deception is such a strong part of Islam.  Nonetheless, Trump offered that "America is committed to adjusting our strategies to meet evolving threats and new facts. We will discard those strategies that have not worked—and will apply new approaches informed by experience and judgment. We are adopting a Principled Realism, rooted in common values and shared interests."

Trump admitted this is an enemy that is like a chameleon, changing its form and tactics constantly.  Question is, were the 50 Muslim leaders in the room our allies, or enemy, or just a temporary necessity?  Regardless of the answer, Trump wanted them to understand that working with the United States on the war against terrorism is in their best interest.

"Our friends will never question our support, and our enemies will never doubt our determination. Our partnerships will advance security through stability, not through radical disruption. We will make decisions based on real-world outcomes – not inflexible ideology. We will be guided by the lessons of experience, not the confines of rigid thinking. And, wherever possible, we will seek gradual reforms – not sudden intervention."

That last part was a promise not to perform an invasion like Bush's against Iraq.

Missiles hitting an airfield, yes.  Invasion to spread democracy, no.

"We must seek partners, not perfection—and to make allies of all who share our goals.  Above all, America seeks peace – not war."

Fair enough.  Unfortunately, Islam's nature is not peace, though the claim it is.

"Muslim nations must be willing to take on the burden, if we are going to defeat terrorism and send its wicked ideology into oblivion."

Burden.  Islam needs to clean its own house, once again.

"The first task in this joint effort is for your nations to deny all territory to the foot soldiers of evil. Every country in the region has an absolute duty to ensure that terrorists find no sanctuary on their soil."

Trump drew attention to Jordan's contributions to fighting terrorism, to Saudi Arabia's part in taking action in Yemen, to Lebanon's battle with ISIS, Emirati troops supporting Afghan partners.  He talked about America's role in the fight, how in Mosul, American troops are supporting Kurds, Sunnis and Shias "fighting together for their homeland."

Then, he turned to the monetary part of the war.  "We must cut off the financial channels that let ISIS sell oil, let extremists pay their fighters, and help terrorists smuggle their reinforcements."

Which brought him to the agreement he was in Riyadh for.

"I am proud to announce that the nations here today will be signing an agreement to prevent the financing of terrorism, called the Terrorist Financing Targeting Center – co-chaired by the United States and Saudi Arabia, and joined by every member of the Gulf Cooperation Council. It is another historic step in a day that will be long remembered."

Cooperation, on a monumental scale (though, likely, temporary).

"That means honestly confronting the crisis of Islamist extremism and the Islamist terror groups it inspires. And it means standing together against the murder of innocent Muslims, the oppression of women, the persecution of Jews, and the slaughter of Christians.  Religious leaders must make this absolutely clear: Barbarism will deliver you no glory – piety to evil will bring you no dignity. If you choose the path of terror, your life will be empty, your life will be brief, and YOUR SOUL WILL BE CONDEMNED."

A religious message the Muslim leaders could definitely understand.  The condemnation of one's soul.

He continued, "And political leaders must speak out to affirm the same idea: heroes don’t kill innocents; they save them. Many nations here today have taken important steps to raise up that message. Saudi Arabia’s Vision for 2030 is an important and encouraging statement of tolerance, respect, empowering women, and economic development."

Oops, there's that sustainable development garbage, again.  This is where Trump has been misguided (or, he's saying what needs to be said, but understands that the United Nations 2030 plan of sustainable development is steeped in Marxism, and global totalitarianism).

While promoting side-by-side communal existence, Trump should have stuck with his America First message at this point.

Then, Trump got back on track, and turned his attention to Iran.

Starving terrorists of their territory, their funding, and the false allure of their craven ideology, will be the basis for defeating them.  But no discussion of stamping out this threat would be complete without mentioning the government that gives terrorists all three—safe harbor, financial backing, and the social standing needed for recruitment. It is a regime that is responsible for so much instability in the region. I am speaking of course of Iran.  From Lebanon to Iraq to Yemen, Iran funds, arms, and trains terrorists, militias, and other extremist groups that spread destruction and chaos across the region. For decades, Iran has fueled the fires of sectarian conflict and terror.  It is a government that speaks openly of mass murder, vowing the destruction of Israel, death to America, and ruin for many leaders and nations in this room.  Among Iran’s most tragic and destabilizing interventions have been in Syria. Bolstered by Iran, Assad has committed unspeakable crimes, and the United States has taken firm action in response to the use of banned chemical weapons by the Assad Regime – launching 59 tomahawk missiles at the Syrian air base from where that murderous attack originated."

A missile attack approved of my many Sunni leaders.

"Responsible nations must work together to end the humanitarian crisis in Syria, eradicate ISIS, and restore stability to the region. The Iranian regime’s longest-suffering victims are its own people. Iran has a rich history and culture, but the people of Iran have endured hardship and despair under their leaders’ reckless pursuit of conflict and terror.  Until the Iranian regime is willing to be a partner for peace, all nations of conscience must work together to isolate Iran, deny it funding for terrorism, and pray for the day when the Iranian people have the just and righteous government they deserve.  The decisions we make will affect countless lives."

Saudi Arabia has historically been among our best allies, save for Israel and Jordan, in the region.  Trump acknowledge that by thanking the Saudi King.

"King Salman, I thank you for the creation of this great moment in history, and for your massive investment in America, its industry and its jobs."

In truth, much of Saudi Arabia's investment in America has been to undermine our system, and create a culture willing to submit to Islam, but that's beside the point for now.

"I also thank you for investing in the future of this part of the world."

The matter of motive is the real concern.

"This fertile region has all the ingredients for extraordinary success – a rich history and culture, a young and vibrant people, a thriving spirit of enterprise. But you can only unlock this future if the citizens of the Middle East are freed from extremism, terror and violence."

Goes back to the question about them loving their children more than they hate non-Muslims.  But, for Trump in this speech, it really all narrows down to one thing.  Good versus evil.

"We in this room are the leaders of our peoples. They look to us for answers, and for action. And when we look back at their faces, behind every pair of eyes is a soul that yearns for justice.  Today, billions of faces are now looking at us, waiting for us to act on the great question of our time. Will we be indifferent in the presence of evil? Will we protect our citizens from its violent ideology? Will we let its venom spread through our societies? Will we let it destroy the most holy sites on earth? If we do not confront this deadly terror, we know what the future will bring—more suffering and despair. But if we act—if we leave this magnificent room unified and determined to do what it takes to destroy the terror that threatens the world—then there is no limit to the great future our citizens will have."

Hope from the ashes of terror.

"The birthplace of civilization is waiting to begin a new renaissance. Just imagine what tomorrow could bring.
Glorious wonders of science, art, medicine and commerce to inspire humankind. Great cities built on the ruins of shattered towns. New jobs and industries that will lift up millions of people. Parents who no longer worry for their children, families who no longer mourn for their loved ones, and the faithful who finally worship without fear.  These are the blessings of prosperity and peace. These are the desires that burn with a righteous flame in every human heart. And these are the just demands of our beloved peoples."

United (if that's possible).

"I ask you to join me, to join together, to work together, and to FIGHT together— BECAUSE UNITED, WE WILL NOT FAIL."

Then. . .

"Thank you. God Bless You. God Bless Your Countries. And God Bless the United States of America."

That's right.  He told a roomful of Muslims "God Bless the United States."  And they applauded. . . for the most part.

Much applause, not complete applause.

It was a historic speech delivered in a perfectly "Trump" manner.  It was brilliantly written, aside from the idiotic references to sustainable development (UN 2030) globalist garbage (but, something the Muslims are knee-deep into), and it was not nuanced like Obama's speeches.  Trump was clear in the speech when it came to terrorism.  We are going to take on terrorism, and we are going to do it with strength and resolve.

No apologies, no political correctness - this is a war between good and evil, spoken to the heart of Islam, and the hope that they love their children more than they hate us.

Obama punted responsibility.  Obama invited Iran into Syria and Russia into the Middle East.  Trump said it is "our" fight.  Join me.  Join the United States.  Let's take on terrorism.

After Trump's final "God Bless the United States of America," I switched channels from Fox News to see what the other side had to say about it.  MSNBC was airing English Premier League Soccer.

Anderson Cooper Takes a Dump on his own desk

When the liberal left Democrat progressive commies have no answer, they reduce themselves back to middle school reactions.  In the case of CNN anchor Anderson Cooper, after his guest Jeffery Lord defended Trump regarding the allegation that the President referred to former FBI Director James Comey as a "nut job," during a panel discussion that Cooper could not counter, the CNN host said that Lord would defend Trump if the president “took a dump” on his desk.

“If he took a dump on his desk you would defend it,” Cooper said. “I mean, I don’t know what he would do that you would not defend!”

Cooper, realizing he had let his mean and disgusting liberal left face expose itself a little too much and immediately apologized on air for his “dump” comment and later tweeted a separate apology over the remark, saying that he is “genuinely sorry” for the “crude sentence.”

Too late.  You revealed yourself, Mr. Cooper, of being just another disgustingly horrific member of the liberal left hate squad.

Actor James Woods decided to chime in after Cooper's remarks.  In a series of tweets, Woods questioned whether or not Cooper is a real journalist, saying that CNN was not real news and he then mocked Cooper with a half dozen or so hashtags, including: “#WalterCronkiteHeIsNot,” “#ScatologistAndersonCooper” and “#AndersonScooper.”

Trump Does Not Bow to Saudi King

In 2009, shortly after taking his place as the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama visited the king of Saudi Arabia.  All eyes were on Obama's glorifying return to the international scene.

His European tour began with Barack Hussein Obama paying disrespect to The Crown with his I-Pod gift, and Michelle's non-protocol bodily contact with the Queen of England.

The narcissism of the Obama couple gave them the attitude that they didn't even feel the need to do any research regarding protocol, procedures, or customs.

When it came to a French kiss, President Obama first shared a cheek kiss with French President Sarkozy as Michelle Obama did the same with Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, the wife of the President of France. When the couples changed places and Michelle Obama followed the same technique with President Sarkozy as she did with Bruni-Sarkozy, Barack Obama became hesitant as he approached the French version of the First Lady, pulling back, and instead he shook hands with Carla Bruni-Sarkozy as she began to move in for her kiss. Obama appeared to be moving forward to deliver the kiss as well, even puckering up, but then he suddenly hit the brakes, and rejected the French custom.

Remember, Obama's the guy everyone championed as the first international president, and the guy who proclaimed how embarrassed he was of Americans that we only speak English, and urged us to begin teaching our children Spanish (and other languages).

Then came his visit with King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia.  In a sickening display of submission, President Obama practically dropped to his knees when he bowed deeply to King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia.

Obama's bow was viewed by many as the American leader (and America through him) submitting to Islam.

President Obama's antics were beyond horrifyingly embarrassing for our country. His actions were extremely dangerous, and drastically weakened our position as a nation on the world stage.

Obama was apologetic over our prosperity, verbalizing guilt for America that we have it so good. The only way to ease this guilt was to destroy the engines that drive our exceptional prosperity: Liberty and Capitalism.

What a difference an election can make.

All eyes were on President Trump today as he arrived in Saudi Arabia for his first foreign trip.

In a different approach than that of Obama, however, Trump stood up straight as King Salman appeared to bow slightly to the American President.

Trump’s posture stands in stark difference to President Obama’s in the early days of his presidency.

Trump’s behavior was refreshingly noticeable, and revealed the strength of our current president when in the company of other world leaders.

Trump champions American exceptionalism and American prosperity, makes no apologies, and will not submit to Islam.  Make a deal?  Perhaps.  Negotiate?  Of course.  There's a bigger picture to consider.  But there will be no submission - not like we saw with Obama.

Oh, and Melania rejected wearing a headscarf.

Chicago War Zone

If it bleeds, it leads. That is supposed to be the motto of our craven media. However, some blood is more precious than others.
Over the last 15 hours, the city of Chicago has reported 17 separate homicides. That’s the bloodiest on record. However, the national media has not made a big issue about it. Why? Because it is mostly blacks killing blacks or Hispanics killing Hispanics, via Chicago Tribune.
The endemic violence in Chicago calls into question many liberal myths, as well.
First of all, “sanctuary cities” are indeed more dangerous than cities that follow the law. Chicago is a fine example of this — a sanctuary city that is one of the most violent metropolises in the entire country. (via American Thinker)

Embryo Jewelry: How Sick Have We Become?

In California, pro-choice license plates are now available and have been officially sanctioned by Sacramento's leftist majority.  This is the same legislature who passed a law to force pro-life facilities to advertise abortion clinics or be punished by law, and is working on A.B. 569 which will ensure pro-life facilities can be sued if they refuse to hire pro-abortion employees, or other people who are obviously against their pro-life platform.

On the national scale, executives of Planned Parenthood were caught acting as federally subsidized meat markets, when caught on film admitting a part of what they do is harvest the organs from the babies they kill to sell on a black market (mostly regarding scientific research on the body parts).  The people who exposed the crime were the ones that wound up attacked and convicted of a crime.  Planned Parenthood continues without a worry.

According to The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), nearly 13,000 fully developed babies who could survive outside the womb are aborted annually.

And when we believe the sickness of killing babies, destroying human life, and mothers turning against their own children in an orgy of blood and Baal style sacrifices of innocent kids cannot get any sicker, Australia, turns out, is the home of a business that makes freeze-dried embryo jewelry.

The embryos in question are the leftovers from fertilization clinic procedures, but are no less flesh and blood babies than those brutally murdered by the sickening procedures associated with abortion, or any babies killed after taking their first breath in the outside world.

What's worse, I found the article on a website that is about parenting, and they wrote the article in a manner as if it is a wonderful and loving thing to make embryo jewelry.

The article focuses on a couple who used in vitro fertilization as a means of getting pregnant.  In the in vitro fertilization industry, the eggs are fertilized outside the womb and then the embryos are inserted into the mother after initially forming in a laboratory setting.  But, what to do with the embryos not used once a pregnancy sticks?

"Donation wasn’t an option, the annual storage fee was an added financial strain, and disposing of them unimaginable."

So, the couple went to Baby Bee Hummingbirds, an Australian company turning embryos into keepsake jewelry.

In the case of the mother in the story, she wears seven embryos in her heart-shaped pendant.

At what point does this slippery slope gain even more momentum into the depths of madness?  Will eventually the body parts business of Planned Parenthood expand into marketable products featuring the dismembered bodies of tossed babies aborted in their clinics?

While I understand the emotional part of the article, a woman desiring her "babies" to be close to her heart in the form of jewelry, at what point do we say, "Okay, that's just sick."

The company uses breastmilk, placenta, hair, ashes, umbilical cord stumps, or embryos to make their designs.  They have crafted over 4000 pieces, including 50 made with embryos.

God weeps.

All Gender Restrooms and the Underlying Agenda

Signs are changing in California.  The male and female designation is rapidly vanishing.  Blue signs with white triangles filled with the words "ALL-GENDER RESTROOM" are emerging at a dizzying pace.  Soon, we will all be genderless and mindless automatons in the liberal left's utopia where individualism no longer matters, and the good of the collective is in the hands of the totalitarian ruling elite.

A mental illness has befallen America, and is infesting the modern world.  The disorders associated with homosexuality wreak havoc on the natural order.  Aside from the physical and disease-related dangers of homosexual intercourse, among homosexuals are higher rates of depression, suicide, generalized anxiety disorder, substance abuse, mood disorders, and a higher use of mental health services.

From Reverend Louis P. Sheldon's book, The Agenda: The Homosexual Plan to Change America:

A PUBLIC HEALTH DISASTER 

Debilitating illness, chronic disease, psychological problems, and early death suffered by homosexuals is the legacy of this tragically misguided activism, which puts the furthering of an "agenda" above saving the lives of those whose interests they purport to represent. Those who advocate full acceptance of homosexual behavior choose to downplay the growing and incontrovertible evidence regarding the serious, life-threatening health effects associated with the homosexual lifestyle. -DR. TIMOTHY J. DAILEY 
"What a sad epitaph for modern civilization. In God's perfect order, sexual intimacy has always been reserved for marriage. The union of man and wife produces life. It's an expression of divine unity. The two become "one flesh," and the consummation of human love as it was meant to be includes the promise of a lifetime commitment of love, fidelity, and accountability. But whenever God's natural order is scorned, and wherever mere hedonism and sexual license are allowed to prevail, chaos inevitably ensues. It's a law of nature as certain as thunder and lightning: promiscuity and infidelity lead to brokenness, unhappiness, suffering, and death.

"When you look at the statistics of the "free love" movement from the sixties right up to our time, what you will discover is a heartbreaking chronicle of damaged lives, deadly diseases, and a level of cultural confusion and emotional despair that is unprecedented in history. And no component of this breakdown of the moral order is more conspicuous or more dangerous to our future than unrestrained dissipation and the aberrant sexual recklessness of the homosexual movement."
Rome fell from within, due to corruption and an unwillingness to defend themselves against not only outside invaders, but also internal strife and domestic enemies who sought power and wealth beyond what they believed a "republic" could provide them.  These things were partially ushered in by a loss of a moral standard.  In the book "Cicero: The Life and Times of Rome's Greatest Politician" by Anthony Everitt, the author states on page 182 that Cicero was concerned because "There had been a decline in moral standards and a corruption of old habits of responsibility in public life.  All would be well if only there were a return to traditional values."

In the years following Cicero's fight to save the republic, Julius Ceasar rose to power.  An empire emerged, and the legislature became nothing more than a consultative assembly.  The populace allowed it to happen because they feared the street violence being perpetrated by street gangs who were in favor of (and put into action by) the changing of the guard at the ruling class level, and because they were too distracted in the changing moral landscape of their culture.  "Doing whatever you want whenever you want" became the definition of freedom, and the government subsidized their activities until eventually the takers outnumbered the producers, and in their immorality they were psychologically incapable of withstanding the rise of tyrants.

Reverend Sheldon explains that throughout history empires rose to greatness as a direct result of temperance, self-restraint, and obedience to established moral and ethical standards, only to collapse in shame and humiliation because they failed to hold firmly enough to those beliefs and values.  History reveals time and time again nations falling because of allowing sexual immorality to run rampant.

J.D. Unwin in his book "Sex and Culture", wrote: "In human records there is no instance of a society retaining its energy after a complete new generation has inherited tradition which does not insist on prenuptial and postnuptial continence."

In other words, premarital sex and sex outside of marriage will destroy the vitality of any civilization.

The Framers of the Constitution recognized that liberty was only possible in an informed and virtuous society, and understood that with freedom comes responsibility.

Samuel Adams said, "The sum of all is, if we would most truly enjoy the gift of Heaven, let us become a virtuous people; then shall we both deserve and enjoy it.  While, on the other hand, if we are universally vicious and debauched in our manners, though the form of our Constitution carries the face of the most exalted freedom, we shall in reality be the most abject slaves."

Benjamin Franklin said, "Only a virtuous people are capable of freedom.  As nations become corrupt and vicious, they have more need of masters."

John Adams said, "The only foundation of a free Constitution, is pure Virtue, and if this cannot be inspired into our People, in a Greater Measure, than we have it now, They may change their Rulers, and the forms of Government, but they will not obtain a lasting Liberty. We have no Government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion.... Our constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."

According to Reverend Louis P. Sheldon in his book "The Agenda: The Homosexual Plan to Change America," the culture war between immorality and the Judeo-Christian foundation of this country is not something new, and is a part of a carefully planned out scheme designed to rip out the moral soul of America so as to replace it with a collective society too distracted by their sexual passions to realize they've been led into bondage.

"The culture war is a real war, in every sense of the word... It's a struggle to define who we are, what we believe, and how we will live out our lives in this modern age... We are defending historic moral principles that have undergirded American society for more than three hundred years."

As for the homosexual alliance with the Democrat Party, the gay community is only a temporary ally until the forces of Marxism achieve their utopian socialist order.  Under the Bolsheviks during the 1920s, the communists in Russia had been tolerant of all sorts of deviant behavior, and at one point the decriminalization of homosexuality was a platform issue.  Later, however, when Joseph Stalin came to power, the Soviets launched a purge of known homosexuals.  To statists, the preservation of the state is their primary concern, and homosexuals are unwilling to produce more workers by way of progeny for the revolution against capitalism, so they are worthless to the cause, and must be eliminated.

In the United States, in 1993, the gay rights agenda was revealed:

● Implementation of homosexual, bisexual, and transgendered curriculum at all levels of education.
● Lowering of the age of consent for homosexual and heterosexual sex.
● Legalization of homosexual marriages.
● Custody, adoption, and foster care rights for homosexuals, lesbians, and transgendered persons.
● The redefinition of "family" to include the full diversity of all structured families.
● Access to all programs of the Boy Scouts of America.
● Affirmative Action for homosexuals.
● The inclusion of sex-change operations under a universal health-care plan.

There aim?  That Christian virtues be forbidden, and that sexual hedonism is everywhere exalted and homosexual behavior may not be challenged.

The gay rights movement is supported by the communists in the United States, because Karl Marx considered religion to be the opiate of the masses, and through the gay agenda, the communists can eliminate yet another obstacle in their quest to gain control of the government of the United States.

In his 1979 book, Our Dance Has Turned to Death, Christian sociologist Carl Wilson found that decadent cultures display seven distinct characteristics of social and moral change:

◆ 1. Men reject spiritual and moral development as the leaders of families.
◆ 2. Men begin to neglect their families in search of material gain.
◆ 3. Men begin to engage in adulterous relationships or in homosexual sex.
◆ 4. Women begin to devalue the role of motherhood and homemaker.
◆ 5. Husbands and wives begin to compete with each other, and families disintegrate.
◆ 6. Selfish individualism fragments society into warring factions.
◆ 7. Men and women lose their faith in God and reject all authority over their lives.

Reverend Sheldon explains, "It is not surprising that in such a culture moral anarchy reigns supreme. The loss of religious faith means that virtues such as trust, honor, and respect must fail, and the customs of chastity and self-denial no longer restrain society's worst impulses. Then, once families begin to collapse, the entire society follows. The point is very simple. George Santayana said it long ago: those who will not learn from history are condemned to repeat it. And, once cultural decline begins, it's almost impossible to turn things around."

In Canada, Bill C-250, added "sexual orientation" to Canada's hate crime laws. The day the bill passed, a homosexual activist named Mark Hanlon, at Memorial University in the Canadian province of Newfoundland, sent an e-mail to pro-family groups that said:

"These right-winged conservatives are teaching these same messages to their children for the good of society and for the good of morals and ethics. Let's get this one thing straight to all you Conservative groups - your children's attitudes, if they inherit these beliefs from you, will be in a minority down the road. You are setting them on a dangerous path of intolerance and hate. Stop this path - before the world of tomorrow judges them, and thanks to this bill, prisons [sic] or fines them. Crimes of hate against the LBGT community will be treated equally with anti-Semitism, and anti-African Canadian hate crimes."

That sounds a lot like a number of other quotes in history:

George Orwell wrote in his novel “1984”: “Those who control the past control the future, and those who control the present control the past.”

Adolph Hitler stated Nov. 6, 1933: “When an opponent declares, ‘I will not come over to your side,’ I calmly say, ‘Your child belongs to us already. … What are you? You will pass on. Your descendants, however, now stand in the new camp. In a short time they will know nothing else but this new community.’”

Hitler stated May 1, 1937: “The youth of today is ever the people of tomorrow. For this reason we have set before ourselves the task of inoculating our youth with the spirit of this community of the people at a very early age, at an age when human beings are still unperverted and therefore unspoiled. … This Reich stands, and it is building itself up for the future, upon its youth. And this new Reich will give its youth to no one, but will itself take youth and give to youth its own education and its own upbringing.”

Karl Marx stated: “Take away the heritage of a people and they are easily destroyed.”

The aim is to destroy our Christian Heritage.

Bible scholar Dr. Robert A. J. Gagnon points out what's really at stake in the homosexual debate and reminds us of the undeniable fact that "same-sex intercourse constitutes an inexcusable rebellion against the intentional design of the created order." To confuse the form and function of our bodies, and to misuse them through homosexual intercourse, is not only physical abuse but an act of willful rebellion. Dr. Gagnon goes on to say that:

"It degrades the participants when they disregard culture's obvious clues, and results in destructive consequences for them as well as for society as a whole. These consequences include matters of health (catastrophic rates of disease and shortened life expectancy) and morals (unstable and destabilizing patterns of sexual behavior where short-term and non-monogamous relationships constitute the rule rather than the exception)."

Reverend Sheldon writes that the homosexual agenda has nothing to do with making a positive contribution. Furthermore, gay rights activists will never settle for a "live and let live" role. Their goal is to enforce acceptance and legitimization of their lifestyle and to overpower and overwhelm by sheer force anyone who dares to stand in their way. Does anyone doubt that? Then take a look at what homosexuals have said about their own game plan. Homosexual activists have a strategic marketing plan to promote homosexuality and to vilify their enemies. That plan was published in Guide magazine in November 1987, and it makes for some 
pretty eye-opening reading. In "The Overhauling of Straight America," homosexual activists Marshall Kirk and Erastes Pill describe several strategies that homosexuals can use to push their way onto center stage. For example: 

■ Talk about gays and gayness as loudly and as often as possible. 

■ Portray gays as victims, not as aggressive challengers. 

■ Give protectors a just cause. 

■ Make gays look good. 

■ Make the victimizers look bad. 

To make those who object to the homosexual lifestyle look bad, they say, homosexuals are to use words, images, and slurs that compare opponents to the Nazis, Klan members, and ignorant "homophobes." The object is not to convince or persuade, but to destroy their opponents by linking them to racists and "right-wing crazies."  ... [the] Homosexual Propaganda Campaign [is] Based on Hitler's 'Big Lie’ Technique ... "hate speech" is [being] used against Christians and others who oppose the normalization of sodomy. 
Sheldon adds: This is what it's really all about-deception, misdirection, coercion, and brute force when necessary, and, above all, perpetuating the "Big Lie" that homosexuality is a natural "lifestyle alternative" and that those who oppose it are to be branded as intolerable bigots.
Such is the moral fallout of other related issues: abortion, the sexual revolution, pornography, the normalization of sexual deviancy in our culture, and the Marxist drive for eliminating individualism (and the elimination of markers that make you uniquely you - like gender).

My wife and I, on Mother's Day, after I took her to the Redondo Beach Pier for lunch, and Long Beach's Shoreline Village for dessert, we visited the Belmont Veteran's Memorial Pier to walk the pier, the beach, and find a restroom.

The restrooms were five portables (but nicer than the kind you find on construction jobs sites) lined up on a platform just beyond the entry area onto the pier.  After climbing the stairs I saw the following sign taped to all of the doors:


Granted, the nearby communities in Long Beach proudly fly rainbow flags and the zone is a largely homosexual area.  But, the signs also reminded us that even on government owned and operated properties the agenda is in full swing.

Fundamentally, if the Church is not to be caught asleep again, we have to prioritize our activities, and devote more resources to both education and activism in the defense of life. A couple years ago, after a particularly unsettling federal court ruling a local church in Temecula, California, decided to hold a panel discussion with local church leaders, political leaders, and legal experts.  The sanctuary was packed with a concerned audience wondering what was going on, and what the church's strategy was to combat the issues that were seeking to destroy their religious liberties.  The panel and citizens discussed how upset they were that their religious liberties were under attack, and it became a massive complaint session.  The body of Christ, however, does not seem to remember that the Constitution addresses these issues, as does various historians and political scholars who understand the original intent of the concept of Natural Rights.  I raised my hand during the question and answer portion of the program, not to ask a question, but to offer a little constitutional wisdom.

I said, "According to the Declaration of Independence, our religious liberties are a part of a wider definition of the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God.  Our rights have four characteristics.  We are entitled to them, they are self-evident, they are unalienable, and we are endowed by our Creator with them.  Therefore, we must remember that if our rights are God-given, they are God-defined.  So, to determine if something is a right, we must simply ask if God would sanction the issue at hand.  Would God sanction abortion?  Would God sanction homosexual marriage?  If not, then they are not rights."

The room burst into applause.

I went on to explain that the way the Constitution is written, the federal government has no authority over issues like abortion or marriage, and while it is assumed government has the duty to guarantee our rights, in reality its job is to stay out of the way of our rights.  So, government using the courts to interfere with religious rights by trying to gain votes for the Democrat Party through rulings that are specifically designed to coerce society to accept and champion the demands of a deviant sexual lifestyle is unconstitutional, and therefore, illegal.

The problem is, as we've been discussing in this article, this is not just another disagreement, or minor political issue.  We are faced with the purposeful extermination of the virtuous nature of our society.  We are not facing a political issue as much as we are being invaded by a resolute faction willing to wage war against the virtue of the American People so as to destroy the final remnants of any opposition standing in the way of the utopian revolution aimed at turning our society into a communal collectivistic system where your religion, individuality, hopes, and dreams are washed away for the authoritarian promise of the perfect state championed by historical figures like Karl Marx, Josef Stalin, Valdimir Lenin and Adolf Hitler.

Homosexual activists have adopted the tactics of war to silence, intimidate and destroy their adversaries.  While the people caught up in the vicious clutches of homosexuality and sexual deviancy deserves our prayers and compassion, acceptance of their demands only enables them no different than if we were enabling drug abusers or alcoholics.

In reality, though they won't admit this, for them, the behavior they have become locked into is a personal nightmare.  My father who divorced my mother when I was but a baby suffered through the torment of the habits and addictions associated with the "gay lifestyle."  He was the victim of a priest molesting him as a child at an all-boys boarding school, and his inability to break from the lifestyle led him through a life he had great difficulty navigating through.  I loved him greatly, but I also recognized how destructive his choice was becoming to him, and those around him.

He never said he was "born" that way.  The reality that there are "former homosexuals" is a clue that the "born that way" argument is a false one.  It is a debilitating social and emotional illness (as is transgenderism), and when we refuse to recognize that reality, we are enabling the illness.  When we allow it to be promoted in regards to our children, we are actively participating in child abuse.  When we look the other way because transgenders freak out about Mother's Day, and demand a non-gender recognition of parenthood, we are simply participating in the spread of the mental illness gripping our society.

The homosexual agenda is a strategic war plan, a military strategy, waged by cunning individuals who seek to kill the American System, and purge our culture of any Christian remnant.  To overcome we need to engage, and do so with nerves of steel and a solid foundation in our determination.  The forces of darkness wish to abolish Christian virtue and moral judgment.  We must activate the churches, and expose the darkness of ignorance, apathy and compromise with the light of the truth.  The alarm has been sounded.  All hands man your battle stations.  Your children, their children, and generations not yet born are depending on our resolve, and willingness to defend Americanism, and the Judeo-Christian foundation of our society.
