Macron: U.S. Climate Change Scientists Welcome in France

By Douglas V. Gibbs

It doesn't take a scientist to realize that the climate change scientists are full of political influence, and political pay-off money.  Nonetheless, the socialists, communists, progressives, statists, Democrats, liberal leftists and other authoritarian-minded political elites (talk about redundancy) all claim that human influence on the climate has it all out of whack and gone haywire, and the only way to save the planet is to allow the above-mentioned political leaders who have always wanted to control your energy usage to be allowed to control your energy usage.  Otherwise, you hate the planet, and you are a "climate-denier" of the worst kind (*Climate Denier: one who denies climate change is the result of human industrial activity, "denier" added to "climate" to make it sound like "holocaust-denier" in order to make it sound even more sinister ... how could you possibly deny it?  It's settled science.  The scientists paid heftily by leftist causes say so - never mind the flip-flops of global cooling, global warming, global cooling, etc.).
News flash: I believe in climate change.  It's called, "The four seasons."  Every year, except maybe here in Southern California, the world experiences a change in climate about once per quarter.  As for the "global warming" and "global cooling" part of climate change, that's a natural occurrence that happens based on a variety of natural factors including solar activity, and other natural phenomenon.  The "science" of climate change is not science at all, for science is not something determined by "consensus."  Climate Change is a politically motivated scam designed to increase governmental control, and to put more money in the pockets of those who pull at the puppet strings regarding the issue.
When it comes to those who believe in "Climate Change," I always wonder if the particular purveyor of man-made climate change is a true believer, knows it's a scam, or is simply going along to get along.

The new French President Emmanuel Macron, a former Socialist Party member, is probably all of the above.  He's one of those lefties that got to the point where he just believes what the leftists say because he is one.  It might be a scam, or it might not be, who is he to question the globalist communist leadership?

Likely to win favor among his new colleagues (and puppet-masters) Macron has boldly come out in favor of the man-made climate change hoax, but has also begun pointing fingers at U.S. President Donald J. Trump, because the billionaire in the White House has proudly proclaimed he's a climate change denier.

“I do know how your new president now has decided to jeopardize your budget, your initiatives, as he is extremely skeptical of climate change,” Macron said in a video. “I have no doubt about climate change, and how committed we have to be regarding this issue.”

Macron said to U.S. scientists that France will be their “new homeland.”

“I want all those who today embody innovation and excellence in the United States to hear what we say: From now on, from next May, you will have a new homeland, France,” Macron said.

Since Macron’s victory, the video has received massive attention.

The hard left man-made climate change scientists have not been happy with Trump’s plans to roll back climate-change-related regulations and policies imposed by the Obama administration.  Obama, after all, did say that he thought climate change was the greatest threat facing the entire planet.  Not communism, or Islamic terrorism, or pudgy dictators with nuclear weapons.

Unfortunately, I have a feeling the American "it's a settled science" Climate Change scientists won't take Macron up on his offer.  France has too many terrorist attacks, and not enough money, to keep filling their coffers with the kinds of funding the liberal left Democrats pump their way.

Heck, we couldn't even get the Hollywood pukes who claimed they'd move if Trump won the presidency to leave the country, and I even offered to help them pack their bags.

In an article at "Watts Up With That"?, Eric Worrall wrote, “Speculation is mounting about whether President Macron will keep his promise to take all our climate scientists, and offer them a new home in France. … President Macron, please take them. Take them all.”

“But be warned,” Worrall said, “they will expect you to feed them; don’t expect us to pay for their upkeep.”

In their first telephone call together following Macron’s victory, Macron and Trump reportedly discussed climate change.  I hope Trump stands his ground and doesn't fall for the propaganda.  While Trump claims to be a Republican, I don't know how sturdy he can stand against environmentalism.  Their assault on your emotions is a pretty well-crafted beating.

Macron, however, didn't need a beating.  He's a socialist.  Seeking governmental control, and chasing after issues with the wrong stances comes natural to political idiots like him.  Hence, he's a man-made climate change faithful.
