Attacking Trump with Swinging Fists
Author, Speaker, Instructor, Radio Host
The Democrats hate President Donald Trump.
He loves the United States, and the liberty she stands for. He has followed the Constitution more than any President of the United States since Calvin Coolidge, with Ronald Reagan scoring a very close second place on that one. He does what he says, and has been fulfilling more of his campaign promises than any other President I can recall. The economy is booming based on his policies. He is actively working to protect Americans from those who would do us harm by requesting that immigrants are properly vetted. He worked with Congress to reduce taxes. The world is safer as dictators back off and come to the negotiation table, and with ISIS on the run. There are more jobs for everyone, with Hispanic and black unemployment numbers reaching the lowest in history.
So, what's the problem?
I hear from the Democrats, "for one, he's a racist."
Would a racist put into action policies that would also lower unemployment rates for non-white Americans? And if he's a racist, how is it that in 1986 his work in the inner-cities and with people of color landed him the Ellis Island Medal of Honor, along with Muhammad Ali and Rosa Parks?
"He hates Mexicans and Muslims, and he has proven it with his immigration policies."
His immigration policies are in line with the laws that are currently on the books. First of all, the Democrats are supporting illegal policies. Secondly, the Trump administration's position has nothing to do with race (of which, in truth, there are only three races, Caucasian, Mongoloid, and Negroid . . . Mexican and Muslim are not races) and everything to do with simply making sure that the dangerous elements from any outside location are not able to get into this country. Yes, I am sure among the illegal alien population there are families and children who wish to come to the country to make a better life. But, mixed into that population, and often masquerading as children and families, are persons involved in criminal groups, gangs, drug cartels, and even terrorist organizations. Should we let those people in without at least checking their background, or making sure their intentions in this country are not harmful to those who already live here?
"He's a fascist," came another accusation. Some will even say he's a "Nazi," or "White Supremacist."
Would a fascist or White Supremacist move the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem, and show his belief in protecting our relationship with Israel?
And, while the Democrats are doing things like screaming for gun control, I must ask, "Why do you want what you believe to be a fascist government to disarm the citizens, and be the only ones with guns? If you really believe Trump's administration is fascist, why would you support that?"
The argument against Trump's proposed border wall fall flat.
He explained, “A wall is effective. It’s a crucial part of border security. I spent a whole career infiltrating places and when we come up upon a wall — it matters. We have to plan around it. It’s a mitigating factor if you’re trying to enter or cross from point A to point B.”
The House passed a stopgap funding bill on Dec. 20 that included $5.7 billion to construct a border wall, however, with a 51-seat majority, Republicans fell short of the necessary 60 votes needed to send it to President Donald Trump’s desk for signature. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer vowed to kill the legislation on arrival in the Senate, and consequently, a government shutdown has been in effect since funding expired on Dec. 21.
“That typical argument we hear from Democrats that it doesn’t make sense, it’s too expensive, it’s medieval — well, I’d like to hear some reasoning behind that,” Crenshaw continued. “It’s not too expensive, it’s 0.1 percent of our entire federal budget … so it’s really not about the money for them.”
The Texas politician also stated that the White House offered to meet Democrats halfway in order to cease the government shutdown. In a private meeting, the White House was willing to lower its request to only $2.5 billion, down from the $5.0 billion Trump initially demanded. Crenshaw noted that “Democrats are refusing to budge on this.”
“For them it’s about semantics. They hate the word ‘wall’ — they just hate it,” Crenshaw said. “For some reason they just don’t value this idea of border security. They don’t value the sanctity of our borders and that’s really problematic, especially for a border state like Texas. We’re on the front lines down there.”
Many conservative political pundits say that it's simply about votes, and an attempt to use non-citizens to secure power, and ultimately turn the United States into a one-party oligarchy like we are seeing in California.
Even New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has been pandering for illegal alien presidential votes in 2020 by pardoning 22 illegal alien criminals eligible for deportation.
Michael Cutler writes that the Democrat Party's illegal immigration open border policies would "Facilitate America's race to the bottom."
He calls the policies a betrayal against American citizens. "Promoting open borders policies that have come to undermine national security, public safety, public health, and jobs and wages for American workers." That betrayal also influences education (flooding our schools with children who lack English language proficiency has a profound impact on the education of American kids), American workers (by displacing them not because Americans “won’t do these jobs” as claimed by the duplicitous politicians, but because these foreign workers are willing to accept lower wages and worse conditions than would the American workers - including the younger Americans trying to enter the workforce for the first time - whom they displace), and the drugs (if you don't believe illegal drugs are crossing the southern border with ease, you are either a liar, or a fool).
Some evidence suggests that unskilled illegal immigrants (almost all from Latin America) marginally suppress wage levels of native-born Americans without a high school diploma, and impose significant costs on some state and local governments.
When America’s poorest workers suffer wage suppression they are likely to become homeless and, indeed, across the United States, homelessness has increased dramatically. This not only creates chaos in the lives of the homeless and their children, but imposes severe economic burdens on cities that have to cope with this disaster.
President Trump understands these hazards, and under his presidency he has reduced illegal alien entry, as well as the refugee numbers. In fact, Trump has reduced the inflow of Obama's refugees by more than 75 Percent In 2018.
Meanwhile, the Democrats remain silent when illegal aliens commit violent crimes in the United States. For example, they recently said nothing when a California cop was killed by an illegal alien, and instead claim such things do not happen, and then target the border patrol for investigation.
They hate Trump because he stands against their lust for power, and he stands firm for America. They hate Trump because he is in position to expose their crimes, and scandals. They hate Trump because he's a capitalist, and as socialists they hate the Free Market. And, they hate Trump because by winning he interrupted their 16-year plan to fundamentally change America.
Which is exactly why I support him.
