People in Communism Don't Know They're Oppressed
Author, Speaker, Instructor, Radio Host
The woman in this video is talking about North Korea, where she is originally from, and states the reasons why North Koreans don't know they are oppressed. I wonder, do the Democrat Voters have any inkling that they support tyranny? Or do they not know that what the Democrats are offering is actually oppression?

Original Thanksgiving
Author, Speaker, Instructor, Radio Host
The Pilgrims were religious separatists who wound up landing way north of their intended target. Since they were separatists, I like to tell people they landed way north of the rest of the Massachusetts Bay Colonies "accidentally on purpose." Many believe as I do that since they were separatists, the Pilgrims from Plymouth, England purposely navigated north of their intended target.
The reason for the Pilgrim's journey to America was to seek religious freedom. They were persecuted in England as the King made it law that everyone be a member of the Church of England. To escape the tyranny, after a short stint in Holland, they braved a treacherous crossing of the Atlantic Ocean that lasted 66 days.
The Pilgrims established a village using a communal system that used a central dispensary for food, and other items. The colonists were expected to work for the good of the community, placing into the central store all of their labors, and taking from it as needed. As Christians, they felt they could trust each other to put forth a good effort, and to be honest about what they took from the central stores for survival. The first winter was brutal, and most of the colonists remained on board the ship. More than half of the new colonists died from exposure, scurvy, and outbreaks of contagious disease. Less than half of the original colonists survived that first winter.
Of the Mayflower’s original travelers that survived through that winter, life was difficult. They were sick, hungry, and psychologically devastated. In the Spring, the colonists all moved ashore, and continued to maintain their collectivist system of communal living.
Days passed, and the Pilgrims were greeted, in English, by an Abenaki Indian. Several days later, as the story goes, he returned with another Native American, Squanto, a member of the Pawtuxet tribe who had been kidnapped by an English sea captain and sold into slavery before escaping to London and returning to his homeland on an exploratory expedition.
Squanto taught the Pilgrims, weakened by malnutrition and illness, how to grow corn, extract and use sap from maple trees, catch fish in the rivers and avoid poisonous plants. Through the process, with Squanto's guidance, the colonists also formed an alliance with the Wampanoag, a local tribe. The friendship lasted more than fifty years, and is a shining example of how the colonists and the Indians attempted to live in harmony in the New World.
Even after help from Squanto, starvation continued to rampage through the colony because under the communal system not all settlers were putting forth their best effort, and were taking more than they put into the stores. Those that did work hard were angry because they were expected, through their labors, to carry the entire colony. Unrest was breaking out, and the colony knew that if they did not do something about their situation fast, the colony would not survive.
A new system was devised that gave each Pilgrim a parcel of land. They were told this land belonged to them, and they could work the land as they pleased. The settlers would keep all that they produced, and could bring any excess to market to trade with other settlers for goods they desired. This new system moved the colony away from the communal system they had been suffering under, and instead established a system that in today's world we would call "Free Market Capitalism."
The Pilgrims’ first corn harvest proved successful, and as a result of changing their system to a more capitalistic system based on personal incentive, personal responsibility, and self-sufficiency, the colony was not only prospering, but their food was bountiful. In fact, they had so much food, they began to trade with the Indians.
Governor William Bradford, wishing to give thanks to the Lord for their good fortune, organized a celebratory feast and invited their Indian allies, including the Wampanoag chief Massasoit. The festival lasted for three days, and based on writings from the time period the menu is believed to have been rich in fowl and fish.
The fish was most likely cod. Other seafood items included clams, lobsters, and eels. Five deer were brought by the Indians. On the table were also ducks, geese, swan, crane, and perhaps a wild turkey or two. Pumpkin may have been on the menu, along with various berries. The Indians made a stewed mix of corn, roots, beans, squash and various meats called sobaheg. On the table were also onions, turnips, and greens from spinach to chard.
Many of the menu items, it is suggested, were also prepared with traditional Native American spices and cooking methods. Because the Pilgrims had no oven and the Mayflower’s sugar supply had dwindled, the meal did not feature pies, sweet cakes, or other desserts. Because of the culture, it is also possible that the women did not participate.
In 1623, after a long drought that threatened the year's harvest, and yet still a bounty encouraged by their "keep what you produce" capitalistic system, Governor Bradford once again called for a feast for the purpose of giving thanks for the survival and prosperity of the colony.
As the years progressed, a thanksgiving feast on an annual or occasional basis became common practice in other New England settlements. During the American Revolution, the Continental Congress designated one or more days of thanksgiving a year, and in 1789 George Washington issued the first Thanksgiving proclamation. He called upon Americans to express their gratitude and give thanks to God our Lord for the happy conclusion to the country’s war of independence and the successful ratification of the U.S. Constitution. His successors John Adams and James Madison also designated days of thanks during their presidencies.
In 1817, New York officially adopted an annual Thanksgiving holiday.
In 1827, noted magazine editor and prolific writer Sarah Josepha Hale, known for her nursery rhyme "Mary Had a Little Lamb," began to campaign to establish Thanksgiving as a national holiday. Hale published numerous editorials and sent scores of letters to governors, senators, presidents and other politicians over a period of about thirty-six years. In 1863 at the height of the Civil War, President Abraham Lincoln heard her cry, and issued a proclamation entreating all Americans to ask God to "commend to his tender care all those who have become widows, orphans, mourners or sufferers in the lamentable civil strife" and to "heal the wounds of the nation." He scheduled Thanksgiving for the final Thursday in November, and it was celebrated on that day every year until 1939, when Franklin D. Roosevelt moved the holiday up a week in an attempt to spur retail sales during the Great Depression. Roosevelt’s plan was met with passionate opposition determined to keep with tradition, and in 1941 the president reluctantly signed a bill making Thanksgiving the fourth Thursday in November.
Though turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberries (cranberry sauce), and pies were not on that original menu, over the passing of time these have become the traditional menu items of Thanksgiving. The true essence of Thanksgiving, however, is not the meal. This unique American holiday was, and still is, a day for all of us to give thanks to God for our blessings, and for the difficulties we have endured that have made us stronger and wiser. And the story I have given you may not have been technically the "first Thanksgiving," for throughout the colonies there were ceremonies of thanks that predate the Pilgrims' celebration.
Despite the tales of a bloody relationship between the Indians and the settlers, which did exist to some extent as the colonies began to encroach on native hunting grounds, the early tales of Thanksgiving reveals that there was a time when the Indians and colonists existed in harmony, and gave thanks to God for their relationship, and the miraculous survival of the early colonists, thanks to a little concept (though this may not have been the first time a free market style system had been used) we now call today "capitalism."

Domestic Oil versus Foreign Oil and the selloff of our Strategic Reserve
Author, Speaker, Instructor, Radio Host
Oil prices have climbed through the roof with Biden in place. He blames oil companies for anti-consumer behavior after the democrats killed our energy dependency by stopping domestic drilling and domestic pipelines and then put us into a position to buy our oil from our enemies. Meanwhile, as we stop using our own oil, and pay through the nose from international pirates, he begins selling our oil reserves.
This is nothing less than energy destruction in play to force you, whether you like it or not, into unreliable "renewable" energy that is not renewable. But, who's to worry? Once they kill off a large portion of the world population with their depopulation schemes, having enough energy for everyone will stop being a problem.

Path to Active President through Biden's Colon
Author, Speaker, Instructor, Radio Host
Kamala Harris was acting president for 85 minutes while President Joe Biden got a colonoscopy. The mainstream media made it sound like she was the first female president. She wasn't. She was technically only acting president. Yes, though, she is the first woman in history to have the presidential powers of an American President. Never mind that Brandon's...I mean Biden's presidency is a false one because of election fraud, and she's not legitimately in her seat because she's not eligible for office due to not being a natural born citizen (being born in Oakland doesn't matter if your parents were here on student visas).
Do you really want a precedent that opens the door for anchor babies (which are not really citizens based on Senator Howard's May 30, 1866 congressional testimony regarding the 14th Amendment's Citizenship Clause) to become President of the United States? What's next? Rulership based on aristocratic marriage strategies regardless of where the new Marxist is from?
My thinking is the hoopla over Harris (who has a 27% approval rating) is to cover up the fact that it was proven they were all full of crap over Rittenhouse.*

Super Bowl of Salsa
Doug's Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can of RO-TEL ORIGINAL Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles
2-3 Medium Tomatoes (DO NOT REFRIGERATE TOMATOES - refrigeration causes tomatoes to lose their taste a little)
1 large lime
1 Clove of Garlic
3-6 Green Onions
Cilantro (recommended)
1/2 of a Carrot (optional)
jalepeno pepper (optional)
Salt
Double the ingredients for a larger batch.
Pour can of diced tomatoes and green chiles into bowl.
Cut fresh tomatoes by hand into small pieces, the smaller the better. Do not use food processor or similar device because it makes the salsa taste watered down. I often use Roma Tomatoes - if you do, add one more tomato because they are smaller.
Add Tomatoes to bowl.
Cut lime in half and squeeze juice into bowl. I often have another lime or two available in case I get a lime that does not produce much juice. If it has seeds, hold the cut side up when you squeeze so that seeds don't fall into mixture. Some folks like less lime and only use a half a lime for this size of a batch.
Cut clove of garlic into small pieces and then crush with a fork until it is like a paste. Then add garlic paste that you made into mixture.
Cut up onions into small pieces. Once again, like the tomatoes, it is better to cut by hand with a knife. Appliances tend to tear onions rather than cut them and some of the onion flavor becomes lost. I put 3-6 for number of onions to use because it is a matter of taste. I use 6 onions, my dad uses 3.
Add onions to mixture.
Chop cilantro in similar fashion. Cilantro gives the salsa that true Mexican taste, and I like cilantro a lot. I tend to only cut up and use the leaves because the stems tend to give the salsa a bitter flavor. Remember, cilantro can be strong, so use discretion. I use about four stems worth (remember, use only the leaves for best results).
If you decide to add the carrot, chop pieces as small as you can get them. Amount varies based on your taste.
Jalepeno can overtake the flavor if not used sparingly, but if you want a little more heat in your salsa, feel free to use the pepper. Note, keep seeds for more heat, eliminate them for less. If I use jalepeno I tend to use a quarter chile per can of ROTEL. I don't use them often, however, because the flavor of the salsa is so good without them.
Salt to taste.
Added notes: pick your ingredients carefully. The quality of the tomatoes play a large part in the flavor of the salsa. And once again, do not refrigerate the tomatoes. They lose flavor when refrigerated.
Okay, now stir it, let it sit twenty minutes, stirring every 5 minutes - then enjoy!
In my opinion, tortilla chips made from white corn are better, but once again, that is up to your discretion.

‘Round the spin in California
Snark by Allan McNew
“We further have to pay particularly attention to the Oregon border because like in World War Eleven (Author’s wild guess: WWII?)” Oregon is like the Ardennes Forest, where the fascist forces of Winston Churchill and Theodore Roosevelt burst into Provence, France and defeated the Vichy French to put Blacks, Hispanics and women on the fast transatlantic boat to the gas chambers at Auschwitz on the Hudson. We will never forget injustice.”
“We will further build observation towers fitted with snipers and no go zones enforced with land mines and canine patrols to this end.”
Newsom paused for a few minutes to view himself in a full length mirror to the side of the podium. After admiring himself for a while, he suddenly dragged his governorship back to the event.
Newsom pointed at a correspondent.
Bob Lackey said “ You are such an astute student of history, thank you. To move the subject, we have a drought in California. Your evil conservative critics say you are contributing to a future man made famine by draining vital water reservoirs into the ocean while denying farmers water to grow crops. What is your response?”
“Nonsense!!!” thundered Gavin. “Food comes from the store and water comes from the faucet. Electricity comes out of the wall. Won’t the evil obstructionist Trump sycophants ever shut up? We will feed and water California citizens who take subsidized rides on the high speed electric train from Bakersfield to Fresno. A veritable cornucopia of edible goodness, the journey of milk and honey.”
Gavin selected another. “Why is it that bacon cost a high $3.50 a pound last January and is now $10.99, and why does it cost me 150% more to fill my gas tank which forces me to make a choice between getting to the store and buying groceries?” asked reporter Robert Stoutsworth.
“Racist!!” shouted Newsom. “Get that Trump lover out of here!”.
The Highway Patrol had been banned in favor of a CARB (California Air Resources Board) approved, obscure organization dressed in Schutzstaffel black with improvised body armor. They descended on Stoutsworth, pummeled him with fists and beat him senseless with skateboards, then dragged him out of the press conference.
Newsom busied himself with the mirror, starting to comb his hair but, like Arthur Herbert Fonzarelli, saw his hair was perfect and put his comb away. Admiring his reflection for another couple minutes or so, he eventually pointed to another journalist.
“Governor, a lot of people are saying it’s time something was done about drug addicted, mentally ill homeless people defecating everywhere all over public spaces, scaring and robbing people and throwing used needles everywhere in the street, how do you propose to solve that problem?”
“What problem?”, asked Newsom. “This is misinformation propagated by needle hating anti-vaxers. They don’t want to be vaccinated, they are murderers. I don’t see it from my house.” Newsom turned his attention to the mirror again. He rubbed his left index finger on the left corner of his mouth, then looked at his teeth, which he began to floss.
A correspondent interrupted Gavin’s narcissism, “Why do we have such a supply chain problem, does it have something to do with draconian trucking regulations and paying people to stay home?”
“Whoa, cowboy. We have to deal with the Trump mismanagement of the economy” retorted Gavin.
“You mean the economy where bacon was $1.50 a pound, the grocery shelves were full and gas was far less than $4.60 a gallon/”
Newsom concluded the news conference with “Who are you going to believe, me or your lying eyes?”
