Warfare Within

Is this nation experiencing warfare within?

Creeping incrementalism, the slow decay of a moral society driven partly by self-serving agendas, is a reality in the United States. It seems that any time a person stands up for standards, or the U.S. Constitution, they find themselves battling the leftward attitude face to face.

We are being attacked with poison arrows, but as Conservatives we must refrain from using the same low tactics the left employs. Instead, moral truths, Constitutional standards, and Conservative Principles must be our sword, armor and shield.

To fight this internal warfare, however, assumes that we are willing to fight this to its conclusion. And it assumes that we understand what we are truly fighting for. In the end, it means that we are fighting for the continuation of liberty in this nation, and for the Judeo-Christian standards that laid the foundation America was built upon.

Sadly, many Conservatives are not in the battle because they are not willing to debate the principles of Conservatism. These folks have been erroneously convinced that being a moderate, closer to the center, is what will advance the Conservative cause.

The Republican Party is loaded with folks like that - which is why John McCain won the nod in the last election, rather than a more Conservative candidate. And the answer to the idea of picking moderates to represent the party was given in the last election. . . it is a losing idea.

Besides, why would anyone abandon their principles for the sake of trying to win? Conservative Principles, Reaganism, is a proven winner - a landslide winner!

Meanwhile, some Conservatives seem to think that the war for America can be won by voting alone. These people are no threat to the socialist radicals that are now overtaking America. That is why it is so important that we become involved.

Contact your politicians. Demand that they become statesmen again, and serve the people as originally intended by our founding fathers. Demand that our leaders follow the U.S. Constitution. Talk about Conservative Principles with family and friends. Invite others to listen to the Conservative Radio Shows, like Political Pistachio Radio, on Blog Talk Radio.

The leftist radicals cannot be stopped unless we confront them. We must put feet to the fight. Let's return America to its roots. Let's return America to the Constitution. Let's make America the nation the founding fathers knew it could be, and should be.
