Obama Eligibility to see its day in court discussed on Political Pistachio Radio

California judge David Carter scheduled a tentative trial date for the case of Barack Obama's eligibility to be President of the United States for Jan. 26, 2010. But, to meet that trial date, the case must survive an Oct. 5 hearing on the Department of Justice motion to dismiss.

Also discussed tonight will be Polanski, Letterman, Obama's failed bid for the Olympics to be in Chicago in 2016, attacking Christianity is okay but $4,000 fine in Maine for criticizing Islam, Steve Schmidt claims Palin dangerous and that GOP is bankrupt in ideas regarding health care, and much more.

See you tonight live at 7pm Pacific (or catch the archive later) on BlogTalkRadio.com/PoliticalPistachio.
