History: Kennedy, Oswald and Johnson

On Nov. 22, 1963, 46 years ago today, President John F. Kennedy was assassinated by a gunshot to the head while riding in a motorcade in Dallas, Texas. The suspected gunman, Lee Harvey Oswald, was arrested, and a wave of speculation and conspiracy theories arose over Kennedy's death. Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson was sworn in as the President of the United States, also, on this date.
