As the Climate Conference in Copenhagen continues to fall apart, in the hopes of drawing China in, Hillary Clinton made an announcment that is both stupid, and irresponsible.

Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton said that the United States would contribute to a climate change fund amounting to $100 billion a year by 2020, which was coincidentally followed by an offer from China to open its books on carbon emissions to international review.
