Second Storm Hammers Southern California, Flash Flooding Expected, Tornado Warnings

A second in a series of storms has arrived in Southern California, bringing gusty winds and heavy rain. Flash flood warnings are in effect for areas below 6,500 feet. A tornado warning has been issued for the Orange County cities of Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, Westminster, Garden Grove, Irvine, Fullerton, Costa Mesa, and Anaheim.
