Pennsylvania Representative John Murtha died today in the intensive care unit from what is believed to be complications of a gall bladder surgery. The outlook of Congress is set to change again. The question is, now that earmark happy Murtha has passed away, will the voters replace him with someone like William Russell, or another liberal that pays particular attention to leftist agendas?
