Canada Beats USA For Olympic Gold in Men's Hockey

I turned on the game as the American team scored the gaol that tied the game at 2 goals. The game wound up going into sudden death overtime, and Canada pulled of the win in the Hockey Gold Medal game with a 3-2 victory over Team USA.

The United States tying goal in the third period occurred with under a minute remaining in regulation to force overtime. Canada's biggest star, Sidney Crosby, scored the game winner 7:40 into the extra period.

The Americans received the silver medal for their effort.
