Health Care Reform Does Not Prevent Insurance Rate Hikes

Once again, the Democrats are full of crap. The assurance was that the Health Care Reform bill would prevent rate hikes, like Anthem Blue Cross' of recent memory. But it turns out that the new Health Care law does not prevent rate hikes by insurance companies.

Apparently, nobody read the bill before they voted for it.

One wonders, why would they not regulate the rates of the big, evil health insurance companies like they said they would? Did they forget? Did it slip through the cracks? Is this just another example of the Democrat's incompetence? Or could it be that . . .

Naw, couldn't be, Obama said he was for the little guy!

Why else would Obama pump big funds into AIG, the banks, the auto industry, the insurance companies, and other big corporations? Why are the big corporate giants getting all the stimulus money, rather than that money ending up in the hands of the little guy through tax cuts?

Could it be that Obama is not for the little guy after all?
