Them Racist Tea Party Folks
By Douglas V. Gibbs
The NAACP, and Michelle Obama, are on the move to accuse the Tea Party Movement of being a bunch of racists.
If it wasn't for the fact that the leftists are truly serious about this, the idiocy of the suggestion would be laughable.
The accusations that the Tea Party Movement is racist is an obvious attempt to create anger among blacks and liberals against the GOP (via the Tea Partiers) in order to get those blacks and fence-sitting left of center voters to be sure and vote Democrat in November.
The NAACP claims that at Tea Party rallies there are signs that say "Lynch Obama" and "Lynch Holder" are news to the Tea Partiers.
It's an example of the NAACP using the power of accusations.
The accusations are not true, but by making the accusations, it makes some people believe they are indeed the truth. Then, as the leftist sheep start shouting about how racist the Tea Partiers are (because the NAACP said so), more sheep follow, and like the "hate Bush" campaign, the Democrats just sit back and enjoy good fortune from their dirty politics. The thing is, if those signs had indeed existed at the Tea Party rallies, the Secret Service would have been all over it, and images of those signs would have been all over the main-extreme media.
Like the accusation of a Tea Partier calling a Congressman the "N" word as he walked by, the accusation of those signs is a lie with no evidence (photo or video) or witnesses (aside from the testimony of liars), and a desperate attempt to create some kind of sympathy for the Democrats.
Dirty politics at its best, brought to you, as usual, by the Democrat Party.
Interestingly enough, according to Gallup, Conservatives are more likely to be patriotic than the left.
The Tea Party movement is not about groups of people, race, or even ideologies. It is about principles - principles that the current administration hates, and finds repulsive.
