Almost too insane to believe, but over $800,000 of stimulus money (that would be your tax dollars) are going to a study by a UCLA research team to teach uncircumcised African men how to wash their genitals after having sex.
Uh, if they aren't bright enough to wash their privates after sex with whoever is willing to participate, then why is it our responsibility to make sure they do?
Oh, yeah, that compassion thing.
What's next? Are we going to spend a million bucks to teach them to cut their toenails?
