The Learning Channel decided that reality TV was exactly what Sarah Palin would excel at.
The debut of Sarah Palin's Alaska delivered a whopping 5 million viewers. It was
the most-watched program launch in TLC's history, shattering TLC ratings records.
Despite Palin's critics, she still commands a huge audience, and quite a massive following.
