My Visit to Reagan Library and Museum in Simi Valley on Sunday

This year celebrates the 100th Anniversary of Ronald Reagan's birth. For Father's Day, my wife took me to The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. As we approached the entrance, we were greeted by this magnificent fountain.

Ronald Reagan, cowboy hat in hand, greeted us at the entrance.

Upon entering, Ronnie and Nancy stood before us smiling as they welcomed us to this magnificent facility.

Ronald Reagan seems to come to life.

Air Force One. Inside, it was very fascinating. No picture taking was allowed inside the craft.

Marine One.

"Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall!" Actually pieces of the Berlin Wall exist both inside the library, and outside as you approach the South Lawn.

Statues of Reagan and Gorbachev in conference, with a film documentary playing in the background.

As we ate lunch we looked over at this conference room with a stage and podium. Outside the windows the view is breathtaking, and on a clear day one can see the ocean beyond the hills.
