Remember when Obama pointed Fox News out to be the enemy? Now, the Justice Department is issuing subpoenas to News Corp., parent company of Fox News and the Wall Street Journal, to see if there was any illegal tapping of phones in America.
News Corp's owner, Rupert Murdoch, has been under fire in a scandal in Britain because of the news that "News of the World" hacked into cell phones and voice mails of prominent people.
