UN Human Rights Council as anti-Israeli as ever, says U.S. lawmaker

Fifty percent of the “reformed” [Human Rights] Council’s country-specific resolutions and decisions are devoted to Israel-bashing.

On Friday, the United Nations Human Rights Council wrapped up its session in Geneva with what's become a systemic goal: Demonizing the State of Israel, and a U.S. lawmaker stated yesterday that the U.N. is as anti-Israel as ever.

U.S. Assistant Secretary for the Bureau of International Organization Affairs Esther Brimmer's speech included a "disingenuous declaration that U.S. membership in the council was especially beneficial for Israel." But Friday’s events solidified perception of the President Barack Obama's dangerous disinterest in Israel’s welfare, a former U.S. police officer now living in Israel told the Law Enforcement Examiner.
