Nuts and Nuggets:

Nut: Actor Orlando Bloom of MADtv fame: "Libyan Rebels kill Gaddafi, if American liberals want respect they better stop listening to Aretha & kill Sarah Palin."

Nut: Pelosi Defends Obamacare Waivers To 1,800 Firms: "They're Small Companies"

"They're small. I couldn't speak to all 1,800 of them, but some of the lists that I have seen have been very, very small companies. They will not have a big impact on the economy of our country," Nancy Pelosi said in an interview with CNBC.

McDonalds, one of the nation's largest employers in recent years, has received a waiver...

If Obamacare was so great, why would they need to issue waivers? If Obamacare is the law, since when can the federal government grant the okay for some businesses to ignore the law, while others are required to follow the law?

Obama policy of mercantilism strikes again.

Nugget: Newly announced congressional candidate Sam Wurzelbacher, better known as Joe The Plumber, in regards to Herman Cain's candidacy for president:

“Knowing Herman Cain personally, I know the man’s got a ton of character,” he said. “He’s running for president not because he wants to be the president of the United States, but because he wants to serve the American people.”
