Obama Thinks Hawaii is in Asia
(go to 35 min 17 seconds)
By Douglas V. Gibbs
Obama held a press conference in Hawaii, during which he referenced himself as being "here in Asia."
Hawaii is a part of the Polynesia region of Oceania. The islands in the Pacific Ocean known as Oceania includes the continent of Australia. Though Hawaii is not a part of any continent, if it has any affiliation with any continent, that continent would be Australia.
Hawaii is politically a part of the United States, admitted to the Union on August 21, 1959 as the 50th State.
Since Barack Obama lists Hawaii as his birthplace, that makes his reference very fascinating.
You would think he'd know that Hawaii is not a part of Asia, if, that is, he was born there. Then again, we have to remember this is the same person who thinks there are 57 States.

It isn't even amazing anymore that Obama gets a pass from the media. That's how far we have come within 3 yrs. He is their golden child, and that golden child is killing the golden goose. Norm Bryant
