A top-secret dossier containing detailed plans for President Barack Obama's recent visit to Australia came to be found in a gutter - sort of like his presidency.
The dossier was a 125-page booklet, classified "In Confidence" and containing the phone numbers and contact details of senior personnel from Australia and the U.S., and it was found near parliament by a Fairfax journalist in the gutter.
The incident is being investigated, but in my opinion it illustrates how careless Obama and his team truly are.
