The Washington Post reports: In a fiery speech Saturday before a mammoth rally in Gaza City marking the 25th anniversary of the founding of Hamas, Khaled Meshal, the political leader of the militant Islamist group, pledged that it would never recognize Israel and called for an Islamic Palestinian state on the territory of Israel, the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
This is why the liberal democrats make such fine bedfellows with Islam - because they both have a common enemy: Israel.
In the Book of Genesis, Chapter 12, Verse 1-3, we see what God says about His response to how people treat Israel:
"And I will bless those that bless you and curse the one who curses you. And in you shall all families of the earth be blessed."
In the Book of Numbers, where the Bible is telling us about the Nation of Israel that God delivers out of bondage in Egypt, it tells us:
"He crouched. He lay down as a lion, and as a great lion. Who shall stir him up? Blessed is he who blesses you, and cursed is he who curses you."
I suppose that explains why the democrats tend to be anti-Christian, as well. Well, there is that, and the fact that totalitarianism tends to be anti-religious. . . they can't welcome a people that places God on High when the statists believe government should be all things to all people.
