Debt, Foreign Aid, and Entitlements - History Repeating Itself - Cicero and Rome

Cicero was around during the dawn of the decline of Rome.  He saw what was going on and preached on how Rome could halt its downward spiral.  Rome didn't listen, and neither is the United States.

Evidently we've learned nothing in the past 2,067 years.
